It can operate with Analog/Thermocouple/PT100 inputs (Analog: 14 bit, 0-10V, 0-20mA. Thermocouple/PT100:
0.1° resolution).
PWM output to solid state relay, or Analog outputs, 12 bit, 0-10V, 4-20mA
The control includes multiple input and outputs as listed below.
• 18 pnp/npn Digital inputs, 24VDC.
(including two high-speed counters/ Shaft encoder/ Frequency measurer, 10kHz).
• 4 Isolated Analog/Thermocouple/PT100 inputs (Analog: 14 bit, 0-10V, 0-20mA. Thermocouple/PT100: 0.1°
resolution).
• 15 Relay outputs.
• 2 pnp/npn outputs, 24VDC.
(including two high-speed outputs/ PWM, 50kHz for npn / 0.5 kHz for pnp).
• 4 Analog outputs, 12 bit, 0-10V, 4-20mA.

2. The Control Variable is shown in Yellow, the Set Point is shown in Green, and the Process variable is shown in Red.
The Set Point and the Process Variable track nearly line on line in the trend when the ramp cycle is being run and the
change is rapid when the Set Point is changed to a Soak Temp.
