The Stack at Legacy Point was selected for the 2016 Best of College Station Award in the Student Housing Center category by
the College Station Award Program. The award program celebrates the best of local businesses that have achieved exception-
al marketing success, shown the ability to use best practices, and implemented programs to generate competitive advantages
and long-term value.

The Bryan College Station Apartment Association selected The Stack for Property of the Year in 2014 and 2015 and recognized
several Stack staff members with additional awards including Schneider for Property Manager of the Year, Assistant Property
Manager of the Year, and Maintenance Technician of the Year.
The Stack, which opened in 2013, is a 416-bed, luxury mixed-use student housing apartment community catering to Texas A&M
