tendered payment to Plaintiff for said automobile and that Plaintiff has refused to accept such
tender of payment.
III.
That except as admitted or otherwise qualified herein, Defendant denies each and every
allegation contained in Plaintiff’s Complaint.

2. WHEREFORE, Defendant prays judgment dismissing the Complaint of the Plaintiff, plus
his costs and disbursements herein.
