CIVIL COMPROMISE
AGREEMENT
This Civil Compromise Agreement is made between Daryl W. Johnson, the defendant
and Brigitte Johnson, the complainant in the captioned case.
1. The defendant was arrested and charged with one count of harassment, a class
B misdemeanor.
2. The complainant agrees that she has been fully satisfied for any harm that has
or could have been set forth in the information by the payment of $20,000 to a shelter for
domestic abuse victims and their children.
3. The complainant and the defendant understand that the dismissal of the criminal
charges pursuant to the Civil Compromise Agreement will bar further prosecution arising out of
this incident.

4. The complainant and the defendant understand that only the Court has the
power to dismiss the case pursuant to this Civil Compromise Agreement.
5. The complainant requests the dismissal of the defendant’s criminal charges
pursuant to this Civil Compromise Agreement.
6. The complainant has been fully advised by counsel and wants this resolution.
7. The complainant and defendant acknowledge that this Civil Compromise
Agreement is freely, voluntarily and intelligently entered into.
8. Neither the defendant nor the complainant acknowledges any liability by entering
into this agreement. The defendant and the complainant acknowledge that this Civil
Compromise Agreement is intended to compromise a disputed matter.
THEREFORE, the complainant does hereby request the Court, considering full
satisfaction of claims and all circumstances in this case, to dismiss the prosecution.
