Mr. Thomas Britain was employed as an academic assistant in the Royal Danish Ministry of Foreign Affairs from August 2006 to June 2008. He worked in the Department for Development Policy, which is responsible for Danish development assistance strategy and policy coordination.
Mr. Britain engaged in general work of the department related to Danish development policy, as well as cross-cutting issues like human rights and corruption. He specifically worked on account and grant management for Danish and international NGOs.
Mr. Britain also participated in meetings of an advisory board that reviewed bilateral development proposals. He was responsible for drafting meeting summaries and preparing technical aspects of video conferences with embassies abroad.
