student or staff, face to face interaction is still a crucial aspects of internal
communication for organizations.
Recommendation:
Segment the existing internal staff into professional and academic
segmentations.
The implementation:
Implementing segmentation at RMIT internal staff and
internal newsletter audience can be done through sitting
with each head of center for the different functions at RMIT.
