The Story
The fallout of speculative investing and loose mortgage guidelines from past years has forever
changed the dynamics of Real Estate investment on a global scale.  The previous pattern of property
purchased with the intention of either holding or flipping has lost its stability and bottom line
appeal.  However, an incredible inventory of available bank-owned assets has surfaced within the
past six months, specifically in the luxury sector of Scottsdale, Arizona, but most individual
investors remain on the sidelines.  We believe this is due to the following:
• Fear of further market stagnation.  
• Lack of intimate market knowledge or access to both public and private information.  
• Lack  of  funds  to  capture  enough  of  the  market  share,  while  protecting  principal 
investment and potential profit margin.  
• Lack of an experienced team of experts.
The Company
Keystone  Land  Investments,  LLC  was  developed  in
October of 2009 with a plan for its potential shareholders to
conservatively and competitively purchase
residential properties that are grossly under
market  value.    Having  the  company's
headquarters in Scottsdale and maintaining a
boutique  operation  create  an  exclusive,  strategic
advantage over our competition.  Given Arizona's amount of undeveloped land, low property
taxes, extremely desirable climate, and other sought after amenities, Arizona will continue to be a
destination for travelers and retirees.  During our nation’s economic recovery, Keystone has a
window of opportunity to absorb an ample amount of properties to gain a unique position for
future  prosperity.    The  management  of  Keystone,  through  its  collaborative  efforts  with  its 
investors, will: 
• Target properties that are either bank-owned or in pre-foreclosure/short-sale status in the
untapped niche of master-planned communities.
• Conduct an onsite inspection to verify physical nature and location of subject properties.
• Perform  Comparative  Market  Analysis  of  asset  and  determine  market  viability  within 
Keystone's framework for budgets and projections.
• Acquire properties with clear titles.

Strategy
A Real Estate holdings firm is only as strong as its assets and management.  Hence, Keystone
will focus on luxury properties of the highest caliber to define its position within the industry
and to solidify membership confidence in turnover.  Using our pre-established relationships
with lenders and intimate market knowledge, the company will have a distinctive advantage
over  competitors  for  both  acquisition  and  disposition  purposes.    Keystone  will  purchase
properties through traditional means, at auctions, and in bundled multi bank-owned property
packages.  Furthermore, implementing this platform and asset quality focus enables Keystone
to have a minimal staff of experts for day-to-day operations while maintaining the highest
standards of customer service for our members.  
The Real Estate industry will recover. The unprecedented opportunity that currently exists is
either ignored or ineffectively pursued by many. For Real Estate investment to work in the
current economy, investors must have a partnership with a member-managed entity so that
assets can be held until the market rebounds providing the shareholder with the maximum
principal investment protection and long-term performance potential.  The future success of
