The Resort Madh Marve offers a variety of cuisines from different regions of India, including Mutton Shorba, Chicken Tikka, and Pepper Chicken, as well as themed dinners showcasing Maharashtrian, Punjabi, Hyderabadi, and South Indian dishes like Chicken Mulligatawny and Chicken angara. In honor of Anna Hazare, the chef has dedicated dishes like Okra cutty, Carrot halwaa, Carrot kheer, and Sheek Kabab.
