House of the 2012 audited accounts of Charlestown Holdings Limited, Dunfermline Athletic Football
Club Limited and East End Park Limited. We understand that if not already done so, these accounts
must by law be filed by close of business tomorrow.
We will invite Mr Paul Goodwin of Supporters Direct to the meeting.
We will respond promptly on receipt of your further advice regarding the detailed arrangements for
our meeting.
