Teri,
I want to take this opportunity to Thank You for helping the staff at Dunsmuir High School
reach deeper into ourselves. The process that you presented to us was quite eye opening, and
brought about much thought and anticipation of positive things to come! In our initial
conversations we spoke about the need to be consistent from staff to staff interaction, with
students and each other. This technique of coaching will provide the catalyst for this to occur.
Education is a tough career and working with an ever changing dynamic in personality and
societal change is difficult at best. Something that not everyone in this career field may
understand. These techniques will give us tools to utilize for deeper meaning and
understanding of many occurrences in our school day.
The expertise, knowledge and customer service that you have shown to our school staff is
above reproach. We truly appreciate your thoughtfulness on our behalf and will definitely use
the techniques presented to bring about positive change in our culture at the school.
Please know that we will remember you and consider your company for any future needs that
may arise. I will definitely keep in touch regarding additional trainings and check-ins with staff.
