Letter of recommendation for Teresa Tucker
To whom it may concern,
This letter is intended to provided my strongest endorsement for the employment of Teresa
Tucker with whom I had the pleasure to work with for seven years. In my ten years as Group
President for Caterpillar Inc. we were blessed with an outstanding group of flight services
personnel that handled all aspects of global travel which insured the safety, efficiency and
comfort necessary to maximize my productivity where ever I travelled in the world. None of this
group was more enjoyable, dedicated or effective to work with thanTeresa.
From a professional perspective, she brought years of commercial and private exec air travel
experience to Caterpillar which improved the safety, efficiency and consistency of our air travel
experience. She is both flexible in the face of rapidly changing events while demanding of high
standards of service…..while always maintaining a warm personality and sense of humor.
After joining Caterpillar, these traits allowed her to earn the respect of her peers and a rapid
promotion to supervisor where she instituted and managed new standards of flight attendant
training, selection, scheduling and all aspects of in flight service. During this time she also led a
significant improvement to our flight support service with the establishment of inflight gourmet
food prep and service training. She also instituted emergency flight safety training for members
of the Executive Office to insure all were familiar with the safety features of business aircraft in
the event of an emergency.
She also had a particular penchant for seeking out individual preferences for meals,
entertainment and cultural aspects of the trip itinerary which were always appreciated by the
passengers. She was also a natural with non-Cat visitors, spouses, clients and customers,
always making a great impression for our company.
In short, Teresa is one of the most professional and personable flight personnel I have worked
with in over 16 years of exec air travel and I would highly recommend her to any firm or
organization. If additional input is required about Teresa, I would be more than happy to provide
it.

In my ten years as Group President for Caterpillar Inc. we were blessed with an outstanding group of flight services personnel that handled all aspects of global travel which insured the safety, efficiency and comfort necessary to maximize my productivity where ever I travelled in the world. None of this group was more enjoyable, dedicated or effective to work with thanTeresa.
