Reference for Stephen Wiseman
Dear Sir/Madam,
During my 5 year involvement with Union Square, first as Regional Manager for the Facilities
Management provider then a subsequent 2 years as site based Environmental Services Manager
I was delighted to have recruited Stephen as my replacement and had the opportunity to work
closely with Stephen for approximately one month prior to my leaving.
(I retired from the ESM position in October 2014)
Having moved permanently to Cyprus I was more than happy, to provide a reference for Stephen
when asked.
During my time with Stephen he proved himself to be extremely hardworking, honest, loyal and
conscientious. I also found Stephen to be enthusiastic in learning his new role and had shown ample
ability to manage his staff to enthuse loyalty and motivation.
His flexible approach to business demands and rota planning ensured all his staff saw Stephen
leading by example which is an excellent strength to have.
I have no doubt that Stephen would prove to be a loyal and valuable asset to any company that
would offer a position suitable to his skills set.
I wish Stephen the best of luck in his application to further develop his career.
Yours sincerely
Colin Strachan
