Dream team Company is a startup organization situated
in Mombasa Kenya. The company is composed of five
members these are Jamila Mbarak, Rahma Abdullah
Fauzia ismail Lilian Kimeu and Emily Mbogho..
Its main aim is providing a platform whereby
individuals can provide their donations to the
orphans at their own free will.

MISSION
Our mission is to use technology to provide a platform where orphanages and
the county of Mombasa can easily get donations from donors around the
country so as to help in reducing the poverty levels in the country.
KEYS TO SUCCESS
• Provision of instant messaging to and fro the donors and recipient.
• Establish an effective strategy for advertisement of the application.
• Making the App free to download from the Google play store.
Our Objectives are:
• To increase sales of the app every year by around 20 %
• To increase gross margin and net profit margin correspondingly.

5. ABOUT OUR PRODUCT
After a clear investigation of how donation is
important to a non-profit and charity organizations
due to resource constraints, we came about to
develop an application that will help curb this
problem. This is by setting a ground for donor to The
product is thus designed for orphanages and the
County of Mombasa to facilitate the collection of
donations and funds from volunteers who wish to
give a helping hand to the needy and orphans in
their societies.

6. START-UP CAPITAL
To startup our business all five members will
contributed ksh 3,000 which will totally amount to
ksh 15,000 + Family and Friends contributions which
is to amount to ksh 10,000 + wellwishers
contributions which is to amount to ksh 10,000.
Total sum of contribution is to amount to ksh 35,000.

We decided to use App inventor 2 in the
development of our product. All team
members contributed to the development of
the application by educating ourselves
through the use of tutorials that we
downloaded in helping us to acquire skills and
to familiarize with it.
