Normal Course
1.0 Order Processing
         1.1 Default Sirrus radio station with a low level maximum volume (table range)
             With easy music playing and shuffling IHOP commercials rotating every three minutes
         1.2 At the push of a button, the system displays a request for the customer to select a category payment options; about us; value menu
             (breakfast, lunch, dinner, sandwich, desert, etc.); nutritional information…
         1.3 Customer selects an inquiry
         1.4 Meal items pop up with the option to display details; history about IHOP and that particular franchise; Menu items’ nutritional details;
             explanation for accepted methods of payment.
         1.5 The meal/drink/dessert items, their sizes and other preferences have been selected, verified and submitted
         1.6 Payment methods are displayed along with options for temporary coupon codes.
         1.7 Customer verifies twice, then submits the payment electronically or the server comes to the table with water and the bill and receives
             payment immediately.
         1.8 Payment options (electronic via kiosk or cash/check at the register)
         1.9 The menu arrives in the chef’s kitchen. He peruses the order and sends one more verifier back to the customer for verification.
         1.10 Drinks and appetizers are served immediately.
         1.11 Meals follow shortly after the drinks.
