nursing student of mine. I was Ms. White' s clinical instructor duringher final two quarters.
Ms. White consistentlydeliveredthe highest quality patient care. She possessed superlative
critical thinkingabilities, way beyond the expectedlevel for a final-quarter clinical student.
Her final project, a poster concerningostomycare, was of sucha high caliber that it could be
used for an in-service for practicingnurses without any alterations.
She was also very caring, gentle, compassionate , conscientious, andprofessional at all times.
Ms. White was a natural leader on the floor and a positive influence in the clinical group. She
was enthusiastic, focused, eager to learn, displayed great initiative, and was an effective team
player. Without question, Ms. White demonstrates outstandingnursing potential and will
make an excellent addition to any healthcare team. I sincerely hope that she continues onwith
her nursing educationas she has much to offer our profession.
