The objective of the TalentBridge program is to provide qualified student(s) with valuable experience and critical skills development in the fields of business strategy, sales, marketing and business communication. Besides, the program is also meant to give student(s) a good understanding of the challenges of entrepreneurship and innovation management. Many initiatives have come out of the TalentBridge program including the Ottawa Innovation Challenge (www.innovationottawa.com), the Ottawa Community Challenge (www.communityottawa.com), and the Ottawa Experience (www.ottawaexperience.com).
