Manage grantmaking processes and Program Related Investments (PRI); and provide technical support for
Community Benefit Agreements (CBA).
Responsibilities include:
• Screening and recommending grants for funding; conducting site visits and due diligence; and managing
and monitoring a portfolio of grant programs aligned with the strategic framework of the foundation
• Vetting and performing due diligence on organizations applying for PRI loans
• Providing technical assistance to organizations in association with the California Pacific Medical Center
CBA and the Bayview Hunters Point CBA
• Coordinating, designing, leading, and managing programs, convenings, and special events
• Building relationships and coalitions within and across sectors throughout TSFF’s service region

Key accomplishments include:
• 2014-2015 – Chair the Nonprofit Displacement Task Force (NDTF)—a cross-sector working group of city
officials, nonprofit organizations, and funders—in research discussions around the issue of nonprofit
displacement in San Francisco; and facilitated a funders convening for educational and awareness purposes
• 2014-2015 – Deployed $1.3 million in grants for priority, open responsive, and pilot grant programs in
fiscal year 2014
• 2015 – Designed programming, coordinated, and facilitated a training session regarding Community
Benefit Agreements (CBA) for funders and nonprofits utilizing presenters from cross-sector partnerships
• 2015 – Raised more than $55,000 from multiple funders for a survey and data analysis on nonprofit
displacement in six counties of the Bay Area region and associated with the efforts lead with the NDTF

• Collaborating with community, county, tribal, state, and federal leaders on various initiatives

historic village consisting of thirty-one homes, three Kiva structures, a traffic bridge, ditch check, utility
and road infrastructure, and a grading and drainage plan with a $10 million budget
• 2010 – Stream-lined maintenance policies and procedures resulting in 50 percent increase in throughput
• 2011 – Construction of 16 homes totaling $3.3 million completed on time and under budget
• 2012 – Completed planning and cost analysis for development of 30-unit subdivision
