5 - S Assessment
Strategy is how we use our resources to gain, maintain and sustain a competitive advantage.
Structure is how work is divided up, organized and coordinated for it to most effectively support
our Strategy.
Systems are all the major elements that interact with the internal and external environment, and
are needed to support and achieve the Strategy.
Staffing refers to the people we need, when we need them, how we recruit them, hire, train,
cross-train, compensate, develop, retain, measure and evaluate their contribution to the Strategy.
Stakeholder is anyone who has a vested interest in our success or failure.
