INTRODUCTION
KFC is the world largest and most well known chicken
restaurant chains with more the 10 thousand locations
worldwide in 80 Countries.
Full Form: “Kentucky Fried Chicken”
Founder: “Colonel Harland Sanders”
Founded: March 20, 1930; 87 Year ago, North Corbin,
Kentucky.
Headquarter: 1441 Gardiner Louisville, Kentucky, US.
No. of Location: 19,1952 in 147 Countries (2022).
Income: US $1,184.5 million.
Employees: More then 820,000 employees. 57% of KFC
employees are women, while 43% are men.
Key People: David C. Novak (Yum! Brands Chairman and
CEO) Roger Eaton (Yum! Brands President).
KFAC PAKISTAN
KFC has a Presence in eighteen major cities of
Pakistan.
Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Gujrawala,
Sukkur, Muree etc.) with more than 68 outlets
Natioanl wide.
It first outlets was in Gulshan-e-Iqbal, Karachi in
January 1997.
PRODUCT IN PAKISTAN

Product:
 Their all Products all different from every products.
 The Packaging and other Product features are different from
other.
 They Change there Products by introducing new products but
their main product the Kentucky Fried Chicken is the same.
Service:
 KFC offered free home delivery service at specific branches in
specific cities.
 The take 30min for delivery and the minimum delivery order
order should Rs 200 rupees.
 They also provide services to celebrate to birthdays of kids at
there home or in KFC restaurants.
 Now recently KFC also provide services of mobile unit of KFC.
ORGANIZATION STRUCTURE
The Current Structure of the organization is two Departments in
the Pepsi Company.
 David Nowak is the president Kentucky Fried Chicken.
John Hill is the Financial officer leader and colin moore is the
director of marketing.
 Peter Waller is the head of franchising, and Olden Lee is human
resources leader.
Kentucky Fried Chicken is Part of pepsiCo Separation, Which is
PepsiCo and PepsiCo Restaurant international global diet. These
departments are PepsiCo based in Dallas, (2010)
MANAGEMENT FUNCTION
KFC Management functions KFC management is following the
“POLCA”
P = Planning
O = Organizing
L = Leading
C = Controlling
A = Assurance
 PLANNING:
• KFC has Strategic planning to increase its market worth value
of the market and its market share. They work on a well defined
Strategic planning for this.
• KFC has Operational Planning to launching of a new product
to change or innovate its product line for the customers.
 ORGANIZING:
Second Pillar
• Concerns with Organizational structure, segmentation and
targeting of customer.
• Organization structure differs on opperational level and
cooperative level. The differnce is due to working activities.
 LEADING:
Third Pillar
• Related with staff behavior towards employees, feedback by
the employees to managers and other top level officers and
customers issues.
• HR manager are responsible for the all related issues of
employees and customers.
 CONTROLLING:
Fourth Pillar
• Related with Controlling the task and its evalution that how a
manager control all inventory management, all employees
avtivities, assign tasks to employees and evalute them with
avtivities, assign tasks to employees and evalute them with
desired goals and objectives.
 ASSURANCE:
KFC is the largest fast-food chain in Malaysia and Brunei,
serving world famous Original Recipe fried chicken which
contains secret blend of 11 herbs and spices. Apart from serving
finger-licking good food, we continuously aim for high quality
and are committed to ensure food safety by stringent control to
maintain our standards.

Target market depends upon size and growth rate of
population, company resources and structural attractiveness
of market segment. KFC target Asia and the East side
because they observe that they people are like the chicken
products, so they enter in the market due to the demand of
their chicken products & its special spices.

To sell Food in a Fast, Friendly environment that appeals to
pride conscious health minded consumer improve share
holder value and deliver sustainable growth year after year.
Vision Statements:
Our passion as a restaurant company is to put a yum on
peoples faces arround the world, satisfying customer every
time they eat our food and doing it better than and others.
Restaurant company the unique eating experience at each of
our restaurant make our customer smile and inspire their
loyalty for life.
CONCLUSION
 KFC is the very strong for fast food restaurant
with more than 25000 restaurant all over the world.
 They being in maturity stage KFC has high
oppurtunities of producing new products and deals.
 Finally, we can understand from the case thar
every business organization should understand the
importance of ethics by culture regulatory and
ecological issues in different countries.
RECOMMANDATION
 KFC should focus on the competitor products.
 KFC need to re-vamp its vegatarian menu and
add more option to it.
 The Fried Chicken categories already has more
option and varieties compared to the vegetarian
section.
 KFC should focus on the market surveys for the
knowledge for customers.
 Need to train their staff better in handling of the
cook food.

RECOMMANDATION  KFC should focus on the competitor products.  KFC need to re-vamp its vegatarian menu and add more option to it.  The Fried Chicken categories already has more option and varieties compared to the vegetarian section.  KFC should focus on the market surveys for the knowledge for customers.  Need to train their staff better in handling of the cook food.
