Aquascape Engineers Pvt Ltd is one of an Indian AS9100D
Certified Company that specializes in manufacturing of blades,
rotating components like BLISK and IMPELLER for small turbojet
engines, surveillance drone turbine jet engine, unmanned aerial
vehicles (UAV projects) that are known to be the high precision
components with complex geometries ensuring that the mentioned
product specifications are met on time for the aerospace industries.
We have invested in world-class 2 Axis to 5 Axis machineries from
Mazak, DMG Mori & CMM from Zeiss. NX CAD/CAM software
for Design & Manufacturing & Full ERP system to ensure proper
traceability.

MicroStrain MV5-AR Inertial sensor
Sensors that have been tested in real-world
simulations will be able to handle real-world
situations. Our MicroStrain team accomplished
this with the MV5-AR and ML5-AR industrial
tilt and angular rate sensors. The team was able
to achieve a valid reading in real-world situations
and conditions, which allowed them validate the
accuracy of their devices and distinguish them
from competitors.
Our certification rules include over 56 third-party
recognised requirements, including electrical,
mechanical, vibration, and environmental
parameters. We created a reproducible simulation
of certain conditions in our test setup by using
vibration and environmental data from real-
world equipment and machinery. This is done to
ensure that the IMU sensors can endure the harsh
circumstances that are faced on the job.
When MicroStrain inertial sensors were tested
against a competitor sensor, they were exposed to
a random vibration profile of roughly 8G RMS.
The ML5 and MV5 are orders of magnitude more
stable than competitors in a real-world vibration
situation.
When MicroStrain sensors are compared to
other sensors, they perform admirably. In a high-
vibration test using real-world field data, three
sensors, the MV5-AR, ML5-AR, and one from
a competitor, were exposed to a known input
vibration. Real-life scenarios that occurred during
the angular measurement training process. A
perfect sensor’s angular calculation reading will
be 0 degrees. Despite the fact that neither sensor

23. read zero, the two MicroStrain sensors were near to zero, but the competitor’s sensor read 20 degrees.
The competitor’s sensor displayed rotation despite no physical movement on the axis, resulting in an
inaccurate readout.
When MicroStrain inertial sensors were compared to two rival sensors, the sensors were rotated +/-90
degrees in pitch. By many orders of magnitude, the MV5 and ML5 surpassed their competitors.
In the second test, the pitch error test, the team compared four sensors, including the MV5-AR, ML5-
AR, and two competitors’ sensors. By rotating both devices across the entire measurement range, the
goal was to demonstrate a tiny discrepancy in observed angle for identical angle values. While an ideal
sensor would have no mistakes over this spectrum, the researchers discovered major mistakes on all
rivals’ sensors, but only minor faults on the MV5 and ML5.
The results are clear: Parker MicroStrain sensors are the greatest solution for OEMs wishing to secure
their equipment and operators, according to real-world study.
