- 2. Sushirullen STHLM AB is a startup company,
operating in the field of “healthier fast food”.
They have three shops in the central part of the
capital Stockholm, located at: Drottninggatan 70,
Sergelarkaden 12 and Nybrogatan 18.
Their primary goal to be vigilant with costs was
reflected in the company’s catchwords “not to
run out of resources before the first store even
opened”. Aiming to achieve the goal they started
the collaboration with Coordea in October 2012.
W
e assist Sushirullen with all
current accounts including
accounts payable, cash and
credit card reconciliation,
registration of other routine
documents such as banking transactions, etc.
Additionally, we prepare Sushirullen’s salaries,
quarterly financial statements and fill in their tax
returns which when finished are sent for
endorsement. We communicate through Skype
or e-mail and manage all paperwork online using
Google Docs and Dropbox, where we share files
and have different folders for different stages of
the process:
• awaiting (not started)
• divided into accounts, (middle step 1 - change
option available)
• registered in the accounting system (middle
step 2 - update option still available)
• filed and stored (the system is updated and the
process is completed: the digital version of the
original can now be found online)
This allows Sushirullen to choose their level of
participation and involvement in the process and
provide feedback and other instructions at a very
early stage.
