The document describes the 2nd generation die cutting machine from Haak machinebouw. It has a modular design that allows for custom setups and additional modules. The standard version can cut substrates from 0.05mm to 1.5mm thick at speeds up to 10,000 cycles per hour on webs up to 530mm wide, using tools up to 510mm x 550mm. The cutting area is 500mm x 540mm. 2nd Generation HAAK flexo die cutting machine
In order to follow the trends in the flexo industry we have developed our 2nd
generation die cutting
machine. Our latest die cutting machine is designed to be modular. Because of the modular design
there will always be a set-up that is perfect for you. If needed, additional modules can be engineered
specifically for you.
The Haak die cutting machine is unique because of its possibility to directly feed the printed web
from the roll.
