I originally was hired as a Tech and with in 6 months of employment I was offered the BHT Coordinator position. I
assisted in growth of the company, from a 10 bed women's facility, to a 24 bed male and female program, by overseeing
the opening of the 12 bed male PHP house as well as an outpatient detox house. While working for Serenity Now, my job
duties expanded outside of my job description. I was praised by the program director Darlene Bechard for my outstanding
effort in all areas I was assigned. Achieved departmental goals and objectives by instituting new processes for client
care. Made appropriate interventions when needed with clients. Delegated BHT staff duties. Facilitated 12 Step topic
groups. Responsible for accuracy with all client funds. Reported all company credit card spending to accounting
department. Assisted in the Alumni program. On call duties 24 hours a day. Scheduling of all BHT staff shifts. Arranged
transportation to pick up IOP clients, Doctors appointments, grocery shopping and various other transportation needs.
I ordered all supplies for the office and the houses. I audited the Medication Observation Records daily. I was in charge
of scheduling and operating the Bio-feed back bed for the clients. I planned and coordinated all weekend outings.
