1. * Grants can only be provided to educational nonprofit organizations certified as tax exempt under Section 501 (c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code. Educational institutions meeting these
requirements are eligible to be nominated. Nominated educational institutions must have a physical presence and operate within the states of Illinois, Michigan or Wisconsin.
For the For Our Schools grant round, the grant applications will be divided by region or state. Within each defined area, winner(s) will be randomly selected with up to 100 grant winners per
defined areas and no more than one winner per school.

Do you know of a school* in need? Whether it’s your child’s school, a former
school you attended, or a local school in your community, you have an
opportunity to show your support for our schools by nominating them for a
$500 grant that they can use exclusively at Office Depot, Inc.
What You Need to Know
• Nominate your school by December 31, 2016
• All winners will be selected by February 15, 2017
• The grant must be used at Office Depot, Inc. by April 17, 2017
• You must be a Foundation Club Member to nominate a school
