7. Use Cases & Personas: Mobile
Persona + First Install Use Case
Joe installs and launches the app for the first time.
He sees the Welcome page and is able to scan it for
information about the company. He clicks on the Let’s
Get Started button and is immediately taken to the
Send & Request screen.
He follows the on screen prompts and is able to set up
a Profile and is able to send money successfully to his
uncle in Honduras through the Send/Request UI.
After confirming his transaction, he is taken back to his
Home Page that now shows his latest transaction, with
self-serve tools for alerts and tracking, along with WU
Rewards, and WU Promotions.
Joe is set in his routines and does not enjoy change in
the way he does things.
Persona + Frequent User Use Case
Jill has logged in and uses her WU app to send and
request money from her friends frequently.
She uses the Home Page to track her transactions, set
reminders for payment requests, and view the latest
WU Reward Offers as well as the latest WU Promotions
with participating WU partners where she can shop for
great deals.
Jill uses the Mini Games feature to collect rewards and
achievements that she uses within the app. She keeps
track of the latest information from WU through the
rotating content in the Ad Carousel.
Jill adds friends often and looks for apps to simplify
