Sub: An Intimation and Invitation for the ‘Awareness Camp & Rally against Corruption’
Dear Sir / Madam,
Without wasting your most valuable time, we are trying to direct your attention to the main subject matter. On 12th and 13th
January, 2016, we are organizing an ‘Awareness Camp and Rally for the Common People of Damehdi Village &
surroundings against Corruption’ in Anuppur District, Madhya Pradesh. Through this camp, Documentation will be prepared
and produced to your local High Court, Principal Seat, Jabalpur, Madhya Pradesh. The documentation would about the local
corruption details by the kind of Papers, CD’s, Audio n Video Recordings which would be accumulated and prepared in front of
the common people/ applier as much as possible within the scheduled time, 10 AM – 4 PM. We can guarantee that we have no
touch with any Political Party.
Sir, we love to mention that we have decided to co-operate with our Governments to take necessary control over corruption which
spreaded out in each sector of our daily lives. We, the SHRDF, is striding without sufficient Foods & Facilities. Though we know
that anything could be happened with us during this mission but as we respect our Citizen’s Duty i.e. ‘Duty to appear as witness
and state truth before police and courts even if it puts you at some inconvenience, Loss of income and Physical risk. If you
do not stand by the side of the lay today, you and your dear ones can be the next victim of that very criminal. If you cannot
take risk, you have no moral right to expect others to take risk.’ We should remember Sir, The Villagers are innocent,
financially poor and have lack of knowledge about the administration. That is why they are seemed to be like coward but the real
thing is that they are also respectful and have the ability to respect others also. The truth is that they are sucked by a g roup of
people who are in the Government Administration itself. For the cause, the villagers are now getting adamant and can not keep
faith on any person or system or any other organization. This is dangerous for our future; they are about 70% of our total
population. We have to think about it without delay. By the by, here the organizer, SHRDF, is also financially poor, it takes no
financial help from any type of Government and depends on the Common People only.
We earnestly appeal to You and All the Common People of India, specially, the Three Basic Systems i.e. Legislature, Executive,
Judiciary and the Two Supporting Systems i.e. News Media & NGO to co-operate with us by any means which they can. We
think, it is also the duty of our All, not only of the Damehdi Village. We should cross the ancient formalities where it will be
needed because the systemis prepared for the people, by the people, of the people.
