Start-up project for the agriculture. Lean development, the aim was to answer
the problem of selling the production at the right cost. Use of functional mock-
ups, meetings with farmers from different french productions areas.
Agronomist, Termatière; Montpellier — 2015 - 2016 (6 months)
Start-up project in order to valorize viticulture waste as new materials 100%
bio-based. Use of green chemistry to achieve that purpose. Interviews of wine-
related worker of different kind. Market research and business plan building.
Designing a new waste-collect sector. Project management. Start-up
contests.
Assistant Product Manager (Crop and Orchard), Neotic/Smag; Montpellier
— 2014 - 2015 (1.5 year)
Management of a compatibility project between two softwares. That involved
testing, managing customers' deployment, tracking differences, updating
the workflows. Monitoring incidents on the Crop and Orchard product.
Redaction of specifications.

months)
Improvement of UX in a professional software for wine producers and vineyards
management. Use of smart defaults. Study of use-cases, use of agile
software development, creation of SQL scripts. Awarded at the SITEVI
exhibition.
Project Manager, AgroTIC Project; Montpellier — 2012 - 2012 (6 months)
Project manager in order to deal with human relationship on a mobile app
development project that was ordered by AgriAffaires. AgriAffaires is a website
specialized in trade of agricultural equipment. This project was a Master's
Degree final project for students, in order to learn how to manage a project.
This project needed to be both technologic and in link with the agronomy.
Research assistant, Muséum National d'Histoire Naturelle; Paris — 2012 -
2012 (4 months)
Estimation of the urban biodiversity by studying invertebrates populations on
vegetated walls and rooftops in Paris conglomeration. Contacts were taken
with city halls and with the "Quai Branly" Museum. Use of a scientific
protocol.
