Oise is a very promising department. Thanks to its location
just outside Paris, the presence of such sites as the Parc
Astèrix theme park, the Beauvais Airport (and its proximity to
Roissy-Charles-de-Gaulle), the town of Chantilly, etc., the number
of clients remains large all year long. There’s very little seasonality
thanks to the business travellers and tourists.
The development of popular events in Chantilly (the Prix de Diane
horse race, sporting events, concerts, the garden festival, etc.) is
another big asset for the sector.
And finally, the department offers a pleasant living
environment.

Oise is located only 1 hour from Paris, thus offering a vast
pool of potential clients. But I've been delighted to discover
that my offer attracts a diverse clientele: very local, from the Hauts-
de-France Region, from Belgium and from the Netherlands. Our
clients appreciate our authenticity, the promotion of local produce
and our estate’s family-friendly atmosphere.
The tourist offer of the Pays de Valois region remains rather under-
developed, which allows for excellent media coverage for those
developing an innovative, out-of-the-ordinary service. We’re also
well accompanied by the department and the region, both very
keen on developing tourism.
In Paris, I would have bought a 50-m² apartment, while in
Oise I purchased a 9-hectare property. Oise is a veritable
land of opportunity for young entrepreneurs!

project. But it wouldn’t have been possible without the rich
