5 months to accomplish 3 to 5 years, 3-5 months for ccpa - 6-18 months for gdpr

CCPA/GDPR/Big Data, C Levels,
Have we been misled?
Many business leaders, who thought they were ready for the new data privacy laws, feel they have been misled. Cybersecurity and I.T. teams, who were busy with operational security, find themselves ill-prepared for the new legislation. The regulatory landscape seemed to change in a moment, and now something needs to be done.
Before recent record-setting fines levied against British Airways, Equifax, and Facebook, little thought was given to the time, tools, and resources it takes to address customer privacy issues. Companies are now left scrambling for solutions and at the same time issues within their long-neglected data practices are exposed.

By using the GDPR/CCPA/Big Data platform (shown in this video https://youtu.be/VOPY2CZ0UtM )what used to take years, now only takes months and the DPIA is a piece of cake. Six-month discounted subscriptions handle most everything for under $100K.

  1. 1. CCPA/GDPR/Big Data, C Levels, Have we been misled? Many business leaders, who thought they were ready for the new data privacy laws, feel they have been misled. Companies are now left scrambling for solutions and at the same time issues within their long-neglected data practices are exposed. It’s time to act. For too long, data-practices have been put on the back-burner in the name of cost savings. Now, there is a reason to “clean house.” Every good data-practice needs to have an overall strategy for their data and the DPIA is a good place to start. According to the U.K. Information Commissioner’s Office,” A DPIA is a process designed to help you systematically analyze, identify and minimize the data protection risks of a project or plan. It is a key part of your accountability obligations under the GDPR, and when done properly helps you assess and demonstrate how you comply with all of your data protection obligations.” We need gadgets, lots of gadgets! If organizations can organize and automate their process, they can catch up and stay in compliance.
