My life as a Royal Marine taught me that the success of 
any team is defined by the right choice of people and the

Heat Recruitment was established in 2006, with the simple 
goal of providing an outstanding service within the recruitment 
and training markets. A culture of discipline and teamwork has

• to define our own methods and systems to encourage the widest

Of course, it is important to react quickly to an assignment 
brief. Often, we are able to select applicants from our own 
database, all pre-vetted to save time. We encourage clients to 
use this database themselves via our iProfileSeeker. But speed 
is no substitute for quality, so occasionally we may ask for a 
day or two longer so that we can refine our search. We believe 
employees are your greatest asset, so selecting the right people 
to shortlist is critical. Accuracy saves time. 
Quality 
The total should always exceed the sum of the parts. The damage that can 
be caused by an ill-judged appointment should not be under-estimated. 
New members of staff must dovetail into the existing team, and this 
requires more than an examination of their skills. An important pillar of the

the assignment(s) has/have been successfully completed

  • 7. Efficiency Of course, it is important to react quickly to an assignment brief. Often, we are able to select applicants from our own database, all pre-vetted to save time. We encourage clients to use this database themselves via our iProfileSeeker. But speed is no substitute for quality, so occasionally we may ask for a day or two longer so that we can refine our search. We believe employees are your greatest asset, so selecting the right people to shortlist is critical. Accuracy saves time. Quality The total should always exceed the sum of the parts. The damage that can be caused by an ill-judged appointment should not be under-estimated. New members of staff must dovetail into the existing team, and this requires more than an examination of their skills.
