I am writing this on behalf of Stephen Priest. Steve has worked for me for over a
year and a half at Kildare’s Irish Pub in West Chester. During that time, Steve has shown
great initiative and dedication to the company. He has a very versatile skill set that has
enabled our company to use him in many different facets of our industry; cook, barback,
server as well as security. During this time Steve also finished his degree at West Chester
University. He was able to balance out is work schedule as well as his school workload
better than any other employee.
Steve has shown great personal skills with customers as well as his fellow
employees. All past and present managers have always raved about Steve and tried to
keep him in their departments. Steve has a special personality that brings out the best in
him as well as fellow employees.
I would recommend Steve for any future positions that he so chooses. I know that
he can excel at anything that he wants to do because he has exhibited that in the time that
I have known him. I will be sad to see Steve leave our business but at the same time look
forward to see Steve grow in his work field.
