Briefs
Creative Brief: Use this form to provide specific instructions for the marketing team; provide at
kickoffs for projects requiring new/radically updated creative.
Responsibility: Brand Team, possibly Jeff?
Work Orders
Project Request: Use this form when requesting any creative deliverables from the marketing
studio.
Responsibility: Brand Team (Sara, Laura)
eBlast Request: Use this form to provide content and specifications for the design and launch of
an email blast.
Responsibility: Brand Team (Sara, Laura)
Quick Fix (Bug) Request: Use this form to notify the team of an error, bug or minor content
update to an existing property/page (e.g. typo, bug, minor content update, broken link, image
update, etc.).
Responsibility: Brand Team (Sara, Laura) *this info may come from a field partner, in that
case it will be at the discretion of the Brand Team to decide who should fill it out.
However, the form should always go to Traffic (Bree) cc’ing Jen from a Brand Team
member.
Naming Files
The formula for naming word docs in the project folders should be:
[Job number] [brand] [document type]
So, for Freebrids job number 119999, the documents would be titled:
119999_FB_Creative Brief 119999_FB_eBlast Request
119999_FB_Project Request 119999_FB_Quick Fix Request
