1. The tyrannical demeanor that took place
throughout WWII around Europe, Asia,
and all around was explicitly horrifying.
Sadly enough, the individuals who
"deserved" to be under the gun and who
suffered tremendously were the ones
belonged to the middle class or low class
of the regime. Those unfortunate people
were branded as a waste of population and
wasted government money trying to feed
those people. The main problem is that
civilians were fully doting themselves to
their government's evil conspiracies and
supporting that system as well as other
nations that believed the idea that
communism is the idea of living equally
among all. Under this Marxist
dictatorship, people could not express
their freedom of speech and even had all
rights wiped out from their lives.
In Ukraine and North Korea, If anybody
was caught or heard of revolting against
their government, their punishment would
be substantial and sometimes even deadly.
In this case, one could say that the idea
behind communism is a complete lie.
What is communism after all? From
what I have found, the true meaning
behind it is, "a political theory derived
from Karl Marx advocating class war and
leading to a society in which all property
is publicity owned and each person works
and is paid according to their abilities and
needs." It did not mention anything about
a person who is incapable of working or
was not of a high class society, he or she
were to be killed or starved to death. This
malicious issue aggregated in 1917 in
Ukraine who dominated this communist
party across Poland, Bulgaria, Romania,
North Korea, China and even Hungary.
Shame!
Some of the previous historical events
brought tears to my eyes and sadly some
of us tend to be oblivious to or even
ignore or forget. From watching clips on
the web, I found some horrifying videos
which completely opposed the idea of
equality, which is the initial approach to
the the original idea behind communism.
Unfortunately, we are all aware of this
bleak situation with politicians using their
eminent power and status to control the
social regime that fits their daily agenda-
not other people's agenda.
To continue my thought, those videos
included disturbing graphics of starving
children, parents and elderly people, who
were piled on top on each dead and dying
looking like skeletons, and were given no
right to even grow their food, hold a piece
of bread or dare to look at one searching
for food. The government cut off all food
supplies, and believed that in order for
Ukraine to live in harmony they will have
to kill at least 10 percent of all population;
that was according to their social engineer
and social reconstruction-- by killing the
unfortunates. Throughout one year there
have been 7 million people who died off
starvation and simple cruelty by their
people. Insane and ferocious if you ask
me.
I could not get in touch with anybody
who is from a communist nation, except
one fella called Javier Gonzales. Gonzales
is from Venezuela and was living under
the dictatorship of Chavez who, as we all
know, recently bought the farm. Although
today's communism severity varies in
different countries, but in Venezuela, all
people have it bad, whether you're poor or
rich. If you are poor, you are prone to die
faster from the machine guns provided by
the government who travel up and down
the streets, and gang members who
viciously murder innocent civilians.On the
same token, if you are rich, you are in
danger of others who are after you for
what you own, gangs, the government,
and those bloody lobbyists. Gonzales
stated that because he comes from wealth,
2. he would not hesitate to leave without his
bodyguard. To us it may seem absurd and
arrogant, but to them, it's usual. Although
today's communist countries do not take it
to the extreme like pre and post the second
world war, but I do not believe it is the
type of society anyone wants to live under.
Look at North Korea. People die there
every single day from starvation and
diseases and why? Because the
Government has all the power. It almost
sounds like the 15th
century monarchs who
were totalitarians. Is that what we want
our world to be? Or are people simply
ignoring it? Let's be better.
I believe my article could be a great
fit into several magazines. The first one is
National Geographic because it contains
historic magazines and also I could insert
great images inside. History Magazine
could be another since it is a historic
event. Since it is a current event as well I
would also pick Time Magazine.
