I am pleased to give a letter of recommendation to Ms. Stella Davtyan who is employed by
SMEDNC of RA.
I had an opportunity to work with Ms. Stella Davtyan from March 2007 till August 2008.
I am now working in SMEDNC in the framework of joint project between SMEDNC and
JICA(Japan International Cooperation Agency) named “Human resource development of
SME in RA”.
She is in charge of Start up business support officer and she participated in our
cooperation.
She helped me by organizing TOT (Training of trainers) by energetic gathering of
participants and giving them necessary information.
The way of her doing job was very reliable and responsible.
She took much care for the participants.
And then she was appreciated by all participants because of her sincere and kind
contribution.
At the same time she participated in the production management TOT as trainee and
showed excellent leadership through group discussion and presentation.
Through the cooperation with her, I was surprised at her fluency of speaking English.
Concluding, as detailed above, based on the experience with her, I would highly
recommend employing Ms. Davtyan and be sure that she has practical and professional
experience to organize and manage the work by communicating with various people or
