Experiences
Two years huge investment program (2016&2017) - preparation and implementation
of the huge investment project ca. 200MPLN which has been related to the
Pomeranian Special Economic Zone. Project has to be split into a few subprojects:
- ILC (in line calciner) instead MSC chamber and chlorine bypass ~80MPLN
- AF platform preparation ~ 35MPLN
- Product quality & service improvement ~ 35MPN
- “Big Kujawy” ~ 20 MPLN (the new aggregates plant @ cap. above 1,5Mt/a)
- Base load Capex (sustaining investment) ~ 30MPN/2years
April 1st 2015 up to now– Director of Kujawy Cement Plant (Polysious kiln, capacity
5kt/d) & the Kujawy Quarry Director, one of the biggest Europe limestone quarry
with 7Mt of extraction/annum, both teams more than 250 FTE (full time employee).
