Dear Sir/Madam,
I would introduce myself as young energetic and passionate Engine Mounting and Driveline (drive
shaft )System Designer working for Hyundai Motor India Engineering (India- R&D).
 My professional work experience of 6+ years at Hyundai has given me an insight of Engine
Mounting system & Drive system designing. I have a thorough understanding of Engine mounting
designer's involvement at different stages of Vehicle development, keeping up with the target
deadline.
 Worked on GRAND i10 and mid size SUV (with 6 months of On-site experience in South
Korea) from start until launch.
 As a design engineer with a strong motivation and knowledge on Engine mounting system
Analysis and development. TRA & ERA based layout development. Engine mount brackets,
Sound knowledge on Elastomer/Hydro Mount Insulators functioning and its manufacturing
process, I have a clear understanding of designing Engine mounting system.
 Driveline Design: Drive line designing for FF (2WD/4WD, front and rear d/shaft) Power train
configuration. Equal length and unequal length type Drive shaft design. Drive shaft strength
calculation based on Power train, specification (MT/AT/DCT). Drive shaft torsion Stiffness
consideration to counter torque steer effect. Intermediate shaft Bearing mounting bracket design
and analysis (Equal length type). Accessories: Driveshaft boot Heat Protector and Air guide
designing
 Propeller shaft Design: FF (4WD/AWD), Design consideration based on critical speed, strength of
P/shaft.
 A very strong background in developing 3D CAD models using CATIA V5, design standard for
package Layout, familiar with part and Vehicle testing, Plant in-line assembly.
