varietyofcookies.Rich,delicious,imaginativecookies.
Theonethatwokemeuptodaywasthe“MovieTheater”cookie.The
conceptisaroundmakingacookiewiththethingsyou’dfindonamovie
theaterfloor.Mindyou,FattyCakesNYdoesnotsourcetheiringredi-
entsfrommovietheaterdumpsters.Theideaisthatmoviesnacksare
suchaguiltypleasure,andwestuffthem intoourcookieholesallat
onceanyway,usuallybeforetheactualmovieevenstarts.Thisparticu-
larcookiestartsoutasaclassicchocolatechip,towhichthebakersadd
popcornandbitsofSwedishFish.Thepopcornaddsacrunchytexture
andatouchofsavory,whilethefishcontributegooeynessandeven
moresweetness.
