Admin console used to create users for Fluency Direct application. It’s a web based
application. To test WAC by creating different kind of users and logged in to FD. To test
password expiration and changing password using WAC.

Any Modal Capture Control is cloud based testing which is used to store all information in
cloud. It’s not necessary to carry laptop or any other devices anywhere. Here different
servers are acting as a cloud environment .To enable cloud, a small configuration is required
before starting. We can access these servers remotely.

4. Fluency Direct is a speech recognition product widely used in US hospitals for
documentation purpose. FD is a window base application gives a solution for all free-
form dictation needs - whether it is dictating snippets of text into an EHR, full medical
documents or even emails. It can be used with Microsoft Word, Electronic Health Record
systems and many other applications. This product is user friendly that, doctors can
dictate from hospital, home, car, anywhere using cloud techniques. This also gives a
facility to be used from Citrix Server. Wide range of mikes are been supported by FD like
headset, speech mike, iOS, i-Pad, Tablet, Gooseneck, virtual audio devices, Olympus,
Bluetooth, etc.

 Responsible for writing the test cases for the few features based on customer
requirement.
