2. Mitch Albom was Born: May 23, 1958 in New Jersey.
Journalist and sportswriter he worked with The Detroit Free
Press
Received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology from
Brandeis University in 1979 and a Master’s degree in
Journalism and Business from Columbia University in 1982.
Before moving to Columbia, he also worked as musician for
a few years, playing in the U.S. and Europe.
He was professional journalist and also has a Radio Show
WJR Radio.
He also raises money for literacy projects
3. About Mitch in Story :
Mitch is a middle-aged man who is a sports
writer. He is very involved in his job, he wants
to make money, likes to traveling a lot for his
job.
Mitch saw Morrie on a TV Show one fine day
and went back to visit his favorite professor
he never kept in touch with.
After that they had a class on evey Tuesday’s.
4. About Morrie in Story :
Morrie was Mitch’s college professor. He used to live
a life full of dancing, helping others and spending
time with his loved ones.
After he was diagnosed with ALS. Morrie stopped
being able to do these enjoyable things he loved to
do.
He accepted the fact he was dying and lived a life of
helping others.
He wanted to enjoy his life till his death.
