Describe your organization and mission:
SolTech has been established for the purpose of spreading
knowledge, to create awareness and foster enlightenment
through grassroots projects; sustained by the passion and
force of its alumni, their mentors and a proud few gentle
giants who see risk, only in doing nothing. After years of
research and personal experience I recognize an urgent need
for strategically implemented, empower-each programs that
will create unions and reunions among and across cultures. It
will be this careful acknowledgment (on a "peerly" human
level) of sensitive, generational abuse that will lead to long
awaited freedom; for those whom wish to participate.
How does your proposed program support the
ESB-MACC mission? Explain:
The programs of ESB-MACC and the concept of
Giving Life to the Arts while Growing in the Arts,
go hand in hand with SolTechs purpose because it
will be our Art & imagination to offer an outlet of
expression and established professional networks
(like MACC & affiliates) the vehicle toward
bridging minds of opposite cultures and healing
proud hearts of their neglect for self-
improvement. Minority health disparities are of
most urgent concern and together we could bring
to life colorful ways of addressing our people.
Why do you want to collaborate with the city?
Austin has been my home since the age of 14 (10th public school
attended) and today it is on the verge of a huge shift from
hometown to booming city and in this transformation, I, like many
others want to work to preserve the richness of our diverse and
kind hearted city; while setting a universal precedent for
community engagement and civic duty.
Give a brief description of your proposed
program: (See Next Response as well)
In order to engage a wounded community,
programs would speak to a person’s worth by
offering opportunities for success and
identification with a greater purpose that
surpasses long standing stereotypes.
5) What are the dates, times & duration of your program?
Flexible/preferably Fall-Winter to avoid heat and gain maximum
attendance during outdoor events.

thematic Mic: Rap&otherPoems Read
Closing Connection: Ride into sunset w/ Lowrider& Muscle Cars
*HUGE NEED* for public health info/edu dissemination
(grants available)
6) What is the expected participation in your
program? What are the participant ages and
grade ranges?
The more the merrier for Family-Free-Fest
(Logistics Require Further Exploration/Guidance)
Training Convention:
Is a chance for Educators & other Leaders, both
experienced and hopefuls, to attend to a
common purpose of broadening respective
experiences (namely lack thereof) with each
other’s everyday lives in a way that honors and
enlightens; moving away from common
misconceptions and narrow classifications.
Will the program be available to children/adults from low-income
households?
YES, SolTech’s sole purpose is in the restructuring and motivating of
homes of high risk behaviors to move beyond shame and suffering
inspiring whole family exodus’ out of the all too common cycle of
abuse and neglect.
7) What outreach methods will be used to
recruit participants?
Flyers&Freebies, Social Media Outlets Online and
Students at their schools
8) How will the work necessary to support the program be divided
between the collaborator and the city?
I am willing to devote myself fulltime to establishing funds through
various grants and donations in order to employ low-income
individuals in rewarding positions.
9) What is the collaborating organization
providing through in-kind services?
A lifetime of sweat equity and unbounding
gratitude; along with the creation of new jobs and
a trained confident group of annual graduates
10) What is the city requested to provide through in-kind services?
Credibility, acknowledgment and Mentorship along the grant
application process and reassurance to grant providers that the
fiscal mgmt. therein is in safe hands of MACC admin or other
appointed industry professionals.
11) Does the collaborator carry liability
insurance?
