Describe your organization and mission:
SolTech has been established for the purpose of spreading
knowledge, to create awareness and foster enlightenment
through grassroots projects; sustained by the passion and
force of its alumni, their mentors and a proud few gentle
giants who see risk, only in doing nothing. After years of
research and personal experience I recognize an urgent need
for strategically implemented, empower-each programs that
will create unions and reunions among and across cultures. It
will be this careful acknowledgment (on a "peerly" human
level) of sensitive, generational abuse that will lead to long
awaited freedom; for those whom wish to participate.
How does your proposed program support the
ESB-MACC mission? Explain:
The programs of ESB-MACC and the concept of
Giving Life to the Arts while Growing in the Arts,
go hand in hand with SolTechs purpose because it
will be our Art & imagination to offer an outlet of
expression and established professional networks
(like MACC & affiliates) the vehicle toward
bridging minds of opposite cultures and healing
proud hearts of their neglect for self-
improvement. Minority health disparities are of
most urgent concern and together we could bring
to life colorful ways of addressing our people.
Why do you want to collaborate with the city?
Austin has been my home since the age of 14 (10th public school
attended) and today it is on the verge of a huge shift from
hometown to booming city and in this transformation, I, like many
others want to work to preserve the richness of our diverse and
kind hearted city; while setting a universal precedent for
community engagement and civic duty.

enlightens; moving away from common
misconceptions and narrow classifications.

8) How will the work necessary to support the program be divided
between the collaborator and the city?

various grants and donations in order to employ low-income
individuals in rewarding positions.
9) What is the collaborating organization
providing through in-kind services?
A lifetime of sweat equity and unbounding
gratitude; along with the creation of new jobs and
a trained confident group of annual graduates

appointed industry professionals.
