on neurodiversity, in order to
educate and empower a European
studio base.
Problem area: The team in Berlin
are gender diverse and now
focusing on other areas. With 73%
of colleagues introvert, the
company wanted to understand
how to work better together as a
team and adapt to each other's
personalities/learning styles.
Solution: Delivery of a 2 hour
training session, with practical
exercises, interactive discussion
and action based tips.
Result: 100+ happy employees,
change of internal structure to
accommodate neurodiverse
employees and great feedback.
Since the workshop, we have kept

conference showcasing Women &
Diversity in Technology.
Size of Event: 600+
Objective: To provide a
motivational and insightful
keynote on how tech can be used
to build communities.
Problem area: Tech is often the
"go to" device or area for many of
us, however with over 50% of us
online; 1 in 7 are still lonely and
1 in 4 suffer from mental health.
Taking into account these stats,
this keynote was to address the
social stigma of technology; how
we can become more mindful and
the practical ways to build
community.
Solution: Delivery of a 20 minute
keynote with motivational story,
real time data and action based
tips.
Result: Applauding audience and
3 corporate workshops agreed for
virtual delivery. Invited to the
British Embassy Lithuania to
deliver workshops on creating
diverse teams the following
morning.

impact of technology to people and
their relationships and also gave

belonging and enhance

technology organisation working to
inspire the future leaders of
tomorrow.

Objective: To curate and lead a fun,
informal session for young girls for
International Womens' Day, to
encourage them into STEM careers.
Problem area: The number of girls
taking STEM subjects is rising
slowly. British Airways education
team wanted to create an event to
encourage girls into STEM subjects,
aviation and support them in
finding confidence in their skills.
Solution: Delivery of a 1 hour
interactive workshops for young
girls and parents, followed by
hosting an informal panel session
with leaders from British Airways.
Result:
60+ engaged and happy young girls,
all applauding the session, their
skills and showing interest in STEM.
Parents informed and educated on
the challenges girls face in STEM
and how best to support them. Sign
ups to future events and workshops.

consultancy.

workshop on how the VR team
can encourage and attract
diverse talent in their growing
VR function.
Problem area: The team are
growing fast and currently made
of 5 male colleagues. They
wanted to hire their first diverse
hire but unsure on how to
attract, grow and retain such
talent. Females make up less
than 15% of those in technology.
Solution: Delivery of a 3 hour
training session, with practical
exercises, interactive discussion
and action based tips. Focus on
unconscious bias, change of
narrative and re designing job
descriptions.
Result:
6 applicants within one week of
training and new job description
vs only 2 applications in the 2
months prior.
