This document discusses the differences between tracheophytes and bryophytes. Tracheophytes are vascular plants that have specialized tissues for transporting water and nutrients throughout the plant. Bryophytes are non-vascular plants that lack these specialized tissues and absorb water and nutrients through their entire surfaces. Together, tracheophytes and bryophytes are two major divisions within the plant kingdom.
