As a supplier; We are one of the important
manufacturer of Turkey for drilling and
grouting machines and equipments. Our
products are used in different projects. SDS
manufacturing facilities are in Ankara –
Turkey and have ISO and CE certificates.
As a contractor; SDS employers are participate
in different projects all over the world. We are
giving service as a contractor for drilling,
grouting and exploration projects.
As a consultant; SDS engineers are designed
several projects during past years. We can give
service as a consultant like designing project,
deciding suitable machine and equipments,
suppling supervisors, ect.

4. SDS as CONTRACTOR/CONSULTANT,
works in projects from beging to the end. As begining we can design
main curtain , consolidation drillings and tunnel consolidation and
contact grout designs, sutable grout mix design and calculating
pressures and amount of groutings in a project.

designed as fully hydraulic. SDS 100 can be used in exploration projects,
grouting projects and geotechnical purposes.

SDS-400 is available both underground and surface models.
Underground model provides to work in narrow galleries. With the
opening of the rotary head sideways during the injection process, allows
you to easily make suchlike processes. Automatic rotary head and rod
holders brake system can be operate parallel and synchronized. It is
possible to mount C400 on different chassis. C400 Drill Rig is available
with diesel crawler and electrical chassis, too.

during the grouting operation with aim of
sensors. SDS Digital recorders can
measure and record;
- Pressure of grouting,
- Flow rate of grouting,
- Initial and total consumption of
grouting,
Users can record all these information in
computer or PDA or take out with USB,
can draw graphics and can print –out as a
report.
SDS-Water Pressure Test Set is designed for
recording all informations during the WPT operation with aim of
sensors. The software can calculate lugeon values and draw
graphics.Users can record all these information in computer or PDA or

14. Manufacturing
DRILLING & GROUTING EQUIPMENTS
are one of the most important element of drilling & grouting works. Without
high quality equipments the projeccts can be fail easily.
SDS is manufacturing its own drilling and grouting equipments in own
facilities with quality control system.
DRILL RODS and CASINGS are manufactured in
high – tech conditions and under very strict quality control management
system. Our rods are manufactured by 4130 grade seamless cold drawn
steel tubes. Users can find easily suitable rods for different applications
from SDS product range.
These are;
- Metric rods and casings (W and WJ thread type),
- Wireline rods and casings (Q thread type),
- RC (Reverse circulation) rods,
15. Manufacturing
CORE BARRELS and SPARE PARTS are
manufactured due to DCDMA standarts. In our product range users can

INFLATABLE and
MECHANIC GROUT
PACKERS are one of the
important key elemnt of grouting
process. SDS is manufacturing high
quality packers due to long time past
field exprience. In our product range
