M- Business
The mobile support of business transactions regarding the search, negotiation, production and
the delivery of products or services.
Electronic business
Electronic business (e-business) refers to the use of the Web, Internet, intranets, extranets or
some combination thereof to conduct business. E-business is similar to e-commerce, but it
goes beyond the simple buying and selling of products and services online.
Cyber Crime
Cybercrime is defined as a crime in which a computer is the object of the crime (hacking,
phishing, spamming) or is used as a tool to commit an offense (child pornography, hate
crimes)
Mobile Money
The use of a mobile phone in order to transfer funds between banks or accounts, deposit or
withdraw funds, or pay bills. This term is also used for the broader realm of electronic
commerce; it can refer to the use of a mobile device to purchase items, whether physical or
electronic.
Web 2.0
Is the second stage of development of the Internet, characterized especially by the change
from static web pages to dynamic or user-generated content and the growth of social media.
