STRATEGI PEMBELAJARAN KOOPERATIF KAGAN
Blind Sequencing (teambuilding, berfikir)
Ahli kumpulan akan menyusun semula kad urutan mengikut susunan, dan cabarannya adalah –
setiap murid akan memegang kad mereka sendiri dan ahli kumpulan yang lain tidak boleh
melihat apa yang tertulis pada kad tersebut.
1. Salah seorang murid dalam kumpulan tersebut akan menjadi pengedar. Beliau akan
membahagikan kad kepada semua ahli kumpulan dalam keadaan tertutup dan
memastikan tiada siapa yang dapat membaca tulisan di atas kad-kad tersebut.
2. Murid-murid membuat tanda pada bahagian belakang kad dengan menggunakan
tandatangan, nombor, huruf atau bentuk geometrik untuk mengenalpasti kad mereka.
3. Secara bergilir-gilir, murid-murid akan menghuraikan penyataan pada kad mereka
dengan sebaik mungkin kepada ahli kumpulan supaya ianya memudahkan ahli
kumpulan untuk menyusun semula kad-kad tersebut.
4. Setelah kesemua kad siap dihuraikan, kumpulan tersebut akan bekerjasama untuk
menyusun kad-kad tersebut dalam susunan yang betul. Murid-murid menyusun kad
mereka dalam keadaan tertutup di atas meja. Susunan kad tidak mutakhir melainkan
kesemua ahli bersetuju. Sekiranya mereka gagal untuk meneruskan aktiviti, hanya
pemegang kad asal boleh mengintai kad mereka dan menerangkan kepada ahli
kumpulan.
5. Apabila ahli kumpulan merasakan yang mereka telah menyusun dengan betul, mereka
akan menerbalikkan kad dan menyemak perkembangan mereka. Jika susunan itu
betul, mereka akan meraikan kejayaan dengan sorakan kumpulan. Jika susunan tersebut
tidak tepat, mereka akan membetulkannya dan berbincang dimanakah kesilapan mereka
dan bagaimana mereka boleh perbaiki di masa akan datang.

Setiap murid diberikan peranan khas dan menyumbang kepada gabungan idea.
Guru menugaskan peranan
Speed Sergeant – menggalakkan kelajuan
Sultan of Silly – menggalakkan idea yang tidak munasabah / kelakar
Synergy Guru – menggalakkan ahli kumpulan untuk membina idea lain
Sergeant Support – menggalakkan semua idea, tidak menilai
Seorang murid juga akan menjadi setiausaha dan mencatatkan semua idea dalam
sekeping kertas.
