2. Invisibility
Objective-
To make them aware with the all the standard operating procedure by
giving them different situations.
Method-
Scene in which one of the characters in invisible to the audience.
Characters act and behave as if
this invisible character is visible to them, Variations
One player off-stage provides the voice for the invisible character.
3. Complete the story
Objective – To check how much employees know about the sop and
whether they'll be able to compete the story if half story is told to them.
Method-
The Trainer will start an any story and leave it in between and ask the
employees to complete.(e.g. the trainer will speak about how to load the
truck tank and after initial steps he/she will stop and ask the employees to
complete the stories)
For the activity divide the group in 3-4 ( each group having 5 employees and
they have to complete the story.
From this the trainer can evaluate that how much they know about the sop’s
and can see where they are wrong.
