What is Indigenous Urban?
On a global scale
• It is primarily an refined Expansionary Fiscal Economic model, It defines the South African economy...Adjusting RSA for 4th industrial
Revolution where all is done through Motion Economics, The South African Keynesian Wheel as at 2019.
• It is based on the interweaving of the trinity pillars of South African Law i.e. Customary, Civil and Common Law thus it is named Indi (African)
Genous(Civil) Urban (Common)
• It is the 4th Industrial Revolution Economy that focuses on harnessing the power of South Africa’s Cyber-Physical Systems as created by the
Germans that is aimed at propelling economic coverage of the South African SMME’s Sector much like Germany's economic Reliance on their
“Mittelstand” sector.
• It is a German Stocks Investments platform, one that is based on real-time Block-Chain algorithm properties as per ATE1A Descriptive Statistics
based on the Transactional Frequency Distribution of the South African Government and Private sector Business Environment that leads to central
source of recurring Economic activity of the Republic’s Economy enabling us to ascertain with much probability the Central tendency i.e the
Mean, Mode and Median of the data trail measured to a probable source. It also enables the Economic model to accurately eradicate the
dispersion of the data thus allowing the model to reach the Standard Deviation outcome of the data measured by the coding of a motion-based
Traffic-control algorithms of the model as architected, engineered and managed by Altron-Bytes Real-Time Supreme Data Intelligence Systems,
which in short, allows the model to ascertain with much accuracy the nature and classification of economic stocks being moved on South African
Roads.
• It is a Cyber-Physical merger of the major Economic cities of RSA (CPT, JHB, PTA and DBN ) through a well architected German engineered
Technological systems thus re-creating the concept of RANDSTAD, a powerhouse economy found only in the Netherlands, to unify and amplify
the Republic’s Economic hubs and repackage it as a Cyber-Physical global investment sphere in light of the 4th Industrial Revolution from which
the whole Republic can benefit.
• It is a proposed financial instrument for the Republic of South Africa by virtue of its hedging characteristics in terms of IAS39.
• It is a critical job creation model by virtue of the economics it creates if applied.
• .The properties of this System were based on actual application of ATE Descriptive Statistics of the South African Economy. It hedges the Mean
source audit trail of the Locally produced Stock items moving on our roads and collates them into a Cyber-Logistics platform based on the Mode
of production details which appear on the actual stock item, allowing us to classify the stock item and create its compartment on Nelson’s Wheel,
i.e. The South African Keynesian Wheel.
What is Indigenous Urban?
On a global scale
• A municipal auxiliary mechanism by virtue of it being a property and towns planning management model in the various rural and urban zones
across South Africa.
• It resurrects German economy principles and thus effectively hedges out the influence of corruption holding back the Economy of the Republic
of South Africa.
• It is a district improvement & management movement delivering regenerational economic activities to the unemployed.
• a labor force factory to South African Corporate by virtue of skills transferred to the youth in the townships by the historic German Teachers.
• It is an application of prominent Economic equations as per Jan Tibergen, Tjaling Koopman and Henri Theil DutchMethodologies.
• An Asset Disposal Model - Via Distributions to townships
• It is a Property Business Academy and Skills development program.
• It may elect to be a Local Real Estates agent upon the need
• It allows Property companies to stretch out their businesses to the townships thereby allowing them to secure their market before it lands on urban
terrain.
• It can serve as an internal economics model for property companies by virtue of acting as an in-house enterprises department.
• It is able to sell all its enterprises /stock ( Stock trading) ) via lease share options thus it invites customers to be investors at a premium lease
option ( Only for Property Companies selling lease agreements).
• It is a system that links property, automotive and retail goods and services through technological frequencies
• It also acts as a corporate branding model for small businesses , hawkers and idle skilled men and women who are currently unemployed.
• It is the GHETTO managed on rough Corporate and Government intervention because that is where the skills will be utilized.
• Based on Exodus 14
What is Indigenous Urban?
On a global scale
• This Fiscal Policy is based on the positivists approach, where factual knowledge was applied in architecting the properties of this economic regime.
• It is a Universal Chart of Accounts of Native South African accounts for entity classification after a vigorous audit procedure based on nature of product or service all systematically organized on this innovative national stock board.
• It is a collage depicting the various categories of trade offered by South African SMME’s and cascades them as such in terms of the South African Keynesian Wheel,
• It also applies the Empirical approach where other facts of incorporation were acquired through academic research and actual real-time observations of economic activities of the citizens of South Africa.
• It is aimed at the mitigation of the current deficit of the Republic of South Africa from the World Bank through an application of hedging principles, hedging out the adverse economic impact of the prior regime and literally stripping out the blown parts to
this well architected economic engine of the Republic of South Africa under the new administration…and fitting a new one that will carry us through to the next wave. The 4th Industrial Revolution.
• It is a model that is primarily aimed at relieving the economic pressure on lower end people , middle class and elderly citizens of South Africa.
• The basic motive behind indigenous urban is to reconcile the Global international industrial demand with what the Republic of South Africa can readily supply whilst also drawing a picture of our economic compartments here is RSA.
• It is an Economic Turnaround regime that will see South Africa attract more industrial production investments through an digital integration of our production infrastructure technology with the 3rd world.
• It is a Mapping and Creation of the Cyber-Physical Sphere to focus on South Africa’s industrial production abilities.
• It also acts as a Land survey for industrial production .
• It is based on the Descriptive statistics of revolving economic transactions within the Republic of South Africa.
• It is aimed at diversifying economic investment platform in the Republic of South Africa
• It the automation of industrial production facilities of the Republic of South Africa to yield an appreciating currency exchange rate.
• RSA’s current Expansionary Fiscal Policy Stance: Budget deficit due to weaken real income as a result of money supply of the B.O.P
• From Kieskamahoek in the Eastern Cape all the way through to Braamfontein in Johannesburg, German Economic principles are what is holding the production facilities of RSA afloat.
• The South African Justice system is based on Roman-Dutch law and as such our justice system attest to a fixed cult that descends from German origin. (see POCRU)
• IT IS THE GOLDEN AGE OF THE FIRST DUTCH-BASED SUPREME ECONOMY OPERRATING IN AFRICA, BUILT ON AMSTERDAM ECONOMIC PRINCIPLES.
• INDIGENOUS-URBAN IS POWERED BY AN EXCLUSIVELY SOUTH AFRICAN CURRENCY, AS DIRECTED BY THE LATE GREAT LEADER NELSON MANDELA, THE CURRENCY THAT IS, UBUNTU!!
This Economic Model has been architected, designed and developed to reverse the adverse impact of the previous regime that was based on an Expansionary Fiscal Policy and aims to redress the systematic failure of its money supply of the B.O.P deficit that
developed over the years.
It is an immediate appeal to the World Economic Forum ( As lead by sir Klaus Schwab) to Allow RSA to implement new flexible rates instead of fixed rates in order to allow for our German capital investments to ;
1. Remain in RSA and not be withdrawn from the country
2. New Capital injections to flow Into RSA

Case Study
Reference: Graham F. Thompson – Economic & Changing Economies (Pg. 655)
Reference: Frederick C v N Fourie – How to think and reason in Macroeconomics (Pg. 122)
Ronald Reagan, the late great president of the U.S.A implemented an expansionary fiscal Policy during the years 1979-1985 when the U.S.A was in a
budget deficit, a position by which the country’s expenditure exceeded their relative receipts. The result was that he was successful at appreciating the
exchange rate of the country’s native currency (the dollar) because of the massive capital flows that were going into the U.S.A because of the policy’s
fixed lower taxation implications. Meaning that the investors found it much more lucrative to plant their capital in a state where they paid a relatively
lower tax rate that was fixed (As that was the United States Monetary Policy: Fixed rates). The investors came in large numbers to invest in the U.S.A
and opened firms and many more production facilities which employed more native citizens who were, by law, obligated to pay taxation to the
U.S.A. That was the turning point because the country’s GDP showed growth because their aggregate demand had shifted in a positive direction due
to the U.S.A’s ability to produce the supplies in demand. Germany and the Great Britain were one of the biggest players in the mass Capital injections
that induced the United State’s industrial Infrastructure development which helped the United States get over their budget deficit and appreciate their
currency exchange rate. Although the above case study was derived from a Global market analysis, it’s makes referencing to a similar economic
situation that much relevant even though RSA in not the USA. Ours is to apply a much more flexible rates regime that will have the same impact as
that of the late great president Ronald Reagan that will in turn, be susceptible to Global changes because we can never assume that in RSA, fixed
interest rates will stimulate our Economy as with the U.S.A and forget the impact of quick-adjusting exchange rate has on RSA’s economy. Low
capital mobility has truly proven to be our greatest asset in RSA and as such we will build from what we already have.
So In Short- We are not the USA! We need quick-adjusting rates to allow for our Country to Attract Capital injections!! Consider the DSG engine on
a Golf 6 and it’s ability to shift quickly.

Inspired by the Huge Wheel at AFHCO offices and the company floor colour co-ordination (Brown and Grey), and the fact that the
South Point senior Executives names are sir Ndumiso Davidson aka (Young Nelson) and sir Johan Wheeler are also pushing the
urban regeneration movement Propertuity is pushing - the company cultures have now been reconciled and rolled out to the streets and
their respective buildings by virtue of promoting the spirit by which the companies operate, through Nelson’s Wheel- An Economic
regenerational tool that allows them to directly influence their surroundings thereby allowing them to hedge the political influence and
virtually have control of the streets and project sterling explanations of what is happening outside their offices and buildings to their
stakeholders, Its logo directly inspired by the Mandela bridge...Nelson’s Wheel is merely a personification of the bull and the bear, like
wall street..but in Melle street Braamfontein reaching out to the whole of Johannesburg and Gauteng and it’s run by the normal people
the streets with the taxi industry being the head honchos of the movement... It affects everyone who moves around the City looking for
Nelson’s Mandela’s Will (Rands)!!!
It also a good initiative to promote cycling in the city thus the name Nelson’s Wheel..An economy in motion... a rider’s paradise!!!

The “G”Stands for many things...it could stand for “Gate”, Going-Concern”, “Goodwill”, ”Global”, “Government”, “Gears” , “Gas”,”Guarantee”,

“Gwevvy, , Groove, “Grace” , “Guilt”, “Gratitude” , “Gift” , “Giving”, ”Galina, “Girls””, “Guys”, Grand”, “Great-Danes” “Grave” , “Ghost “,
“Greed”, “Guilt” or “Grind, Good-times,
Griggs or Gates
But in the context of Indigenous Urban it stands for German Supreme as the districts have a strong German Industrial background as projected in the
inner alleys of the city where Propertuity, AFHCO and South point operate. It is strongly influenced by my days spent at South Point and AFHCO
where the culture and management style was relentlessly German...and the overall a automobile culture in New Doornfontein and Braamfontein, the
spares shop that deals with German parts exclusively just outside of AFHCO offices in Sierment road and the numerous automobile stations and
Garages around their office- so it’s only fair that we reemphasis German authority through ring fencing the neighbourhood and make it a rider’s
paradise while also celebrating German heritage in the city while still reminding people why they ride!!! It is also a special tribute to my home town,
Benoni, where the culture is also very heavily German and a place where the automobile lifestyle is also a huge cult of the town!

A German Brotherhood of Excellence
What happens just outside our
buildings...Everyday!
1. Ubukhazi-khazi
1. Ubukhazi-khazi
This speaks to the first compartment of the local South African economy, the informal sector as it is known by many
learned folks. This is how African families all over Mzansi make their money and pay their bills. It speaks to the
economic impact of all our ancestral rituals, traditional decorative ornaments and products. From the purchase of King
Kong Mthombo-mela , Izimbiza nama Khamba, The various traditional ornaments and attires, This is truly the beginning
of the empire, the Indigenous flair of all African South Africans and how they have been able to make an honest living by
showcasing their Indigenous Craft. This is the economy of the people, abo gogo nabo mkhulu besizwe. Soweto and
Durban coastal offer a good showcase of this here compartment. The very pride of us Native South Africans is what
Ubukhazi-Khazi stands for

Vee!
2. Horizon
This is the follow up Economic compartment of the South African Economy, For many
years, the agricultural activities of us native South Africans have been the reason why we
are so blessed as a nation. We are able to grow good crops and keep healthy livestock
through our superior farming industry with dedicated Afrikaans and African people
working together in unity and harmony. Our Farmers who know the intricacies of what is
really needed produce our highest quality natural food supplies for our nation. We pride
ourselves in having the most fertile land in the whole of Africa. Even our livestock attest
to this fact because we have some of the most healthy looking domesticated beasts on
our farms. This compartment has been the reason why we’ve stayed above most of our
neighbouring countries here in Africa. Through modern technological advancements,
we’ve been able to export our products abroad with most of our customers satisfied by
he quality of our products. This truly is a majestic sector to plant your Money Trees in.
Kempton Park, Free State and The Eastern Cape.

Keys
Keys To Success
This part to the economy is one that belongs to our local university students. The 4th compartment of this economy
consists of locally produced stationery, school wear and campus utensils that are necessary to produce some of the best
professionals in the world. It bags on Nelson Mandela’s dream to create an educated army of the Rainbow nation and thus
it mainly focuses on study etiquette and their relative complimentary impact on the corporate sector as the products listed
here can and are usually used in office environments. Ranging from pens to pouches, bags to pads. Office culture is also
heavily influenced in this sector of the economy. This sector does truly speak to the essence of an Educated nation. The
name suggests it all- Keys to Success
“Education is one of the most powerful tool that one can use to change the world”
– Nelson Mandela

Lessons from Ndumiso, Lerato Ndaba-
Ndaba, Siphokazi and PK!!
5. b.Rand Urban
5. b.Rand Urban
This compartment of the economy is one that really sets us apart from all our African neighbors. It offers the gist to the
Urban part to our Superior South African economy making up the bulk of the country’s GDP. Yes this is the Gold,
Diamonds and Platinum. Though presented as fully processed products in the form of Jewelry – it showcases the true
essence of why Sandton, our flagship city in the city of gold, is known as the richest square mile in the whole of Africa.
With our highest quality jewelry being in demand by countries that began the industrial revolution. Countries like the
great Britain and other third world countries know all about our economy’s sterling minerals and our ability to produce the
highest standard of gold, diamonds and platinum that in turn exported to these countries in order to manufacture
beautiful creations that adorn our nation and currency…making the South African Rand and international b.Rand!

Lessons from Josef Talotta, Ndai and Nizbert and
the whole Randlords team!!
6. Delicacy
6. Delicacy
This compartment of the economy focuses on the production of health and hygiene
products. All across South Africa you will find production facilities of such products.
Investing in this economy will ensure that you will always have cleaning stocks to
move. With hospitals and schools and universities and student accommodation rooms
requiring the most attention to hygienic protocol, it comes as no surprise that delicacy
products are one of the most required form of products in the Republic. This
compartment also focuses of offering the best nutritional products in the form of
healthy fruits, vegetables and all other healthy foods that are also manufactured in the
republic of South Africa. It truly does makes up the households names of the nation.

Lessons from Anjoh Poolton!
7. Equity Administration (E.A)
7. Equity Administration
This compartment of the economy is known as the Financial services and sector focusing mostly on
delivering apex professional services ranging from financial related services to legal services. The
compilation of facts behind the research used in mapping this here economic model was done under the
stringent supervision of this compartment. After having audited the South African business economy,
Equity Administration (E.A) managed to put together a collage of the readily available economic
streams of professional services trade available to render to the Republic’s various major corporates
and government departments and offices. It is truly one of the most sort after compartment of the
economy as South Africa has a lot of capital to administer and all that equity is here to monitor. South
Africa has also attracted a lot of international investments in the form of German companies having
their major production hubs in our Republic’s Superior Economy. The likes of Volkswagen, the largest
and most appreciated brand of the German giants here in South Africa having invested in production
plants in Uitenhage is a sheer example of the nature of our the Equity we, as the Republic of South
Africa, have in the German legacy. All major debits and credits of monetary payment recorded in the
Republic of South Africa are to finance the German machines in large volumes so this truly does fit the
context of job creation for all unemployed graduates that have the necessary skills in this sector.
7. Equity Administration
• Named after the concept of “Equity ” or all that is equal, this is the seventh enterprise in the Indigenous Urban range.
• Equity is all about all that is fair and just, not withstanding the notion that equity is an owner’s share in a business, what equity
seeks to do for the indigenous range is in-house business administration for all the corporation’s transactions.
• It is through knowledge acquired under this enterprise that the group was collated and all statutory facts can be retrieved by this
particular enterprise.
• Backed by B.com Accounting graduates - This the shared services enterprise for the group .
• Heavy on paper-work, equity seeks to ensure that the statutory is met by applying applicable standards and guidelines to ensure
compliance for the group. It is also the enterprise which did the calculus, monetary analysis, balance sheet configuration for the
teams involved and the general economic study of the area targeted so equity does seek to gain the goodwill from the people and
inject it to the teams thus increasing their equities.
• Through Equity, The group can now also charge its suppliers for administrative work done for them as not every one is fluent in
business jargon.
Lessons from Johan Wessels, Tarryn Forte,
Henry Chikwena,Mervyn Blom , Eva Monageng
,Siya Mazeka, and Seithati Mosala!!
Decibelz-320- Audio Worx
8. Decibelz-320
Audio-Worx
This compartment of the economy speaks to youth culture at its best. From parties to concerts,
churches to weddings. Decibelz-320 is a one of a kind income stream for the youth offering
audio configuration services, a much needed skill in the Republic. When we congregate as a
nation that cries, laughs and parties together – we need that vibe that just makes us forget that
there is so much trouble in the world. The products being used in this regard have crafted
career paths in their respective disciplines, ranging from car audio installations to club audio
set up. Lets face it – we are a nation that takes club culture and status seriously so to have that
we need audio systems that deliver the required sparks, those systems are need servicing and
those who have acquired the skill are now able to provide an honest and honorable service to
society and thus make a rand or two by this. This is in actual fact a booming sector that will see
us able to manufacture and configure high end audio stocks that can be exported much like
many international household brands. Our various radio stations, television production studios
and automobile companies need the skill of servicing the equipment and those that can offer
that in our Republic can show the world that we are a very creative bunch of People.
8. Decibelz-320 Audio-Worx
• Named after the measure of sound units, Decibelz Audio-Worx is all about
Sound Engineering Services and is the 8th enterprise in the Urban
Indigenous range.
• Decibelz is just crazy about sound!!! It offers a range of exciting sound
layout solutions for any event taking into account the event magnitude,
style and expected crowd turn-out. This is a means to preach upcoming
business strategies and a very important marketing tool which happens to
be Sim’s favorite so it had to be on the wheel. It just promotes the wheel on
some other amplified platform and is universal enough to reach all the
masses as music is a universal language that everyone relates to. It helps a
lot as it is the tool to get the wheel in motion even with the taxi industry as
we all know taxis pride themselves with their decibelz!
Lessons from Nyiko & Mojonti “Groove
Govner”...Levels to Sim Dope!!!
9. A.I.M Communications, Media &
Relations
9. A.I.M Communications,
Media & Relations
This compartment of the economy speaks to the economic impact of the various marketing
campaigns held out by South African corporates and brands. Ranging from brand promotion events to
local brand endorsements, this sector of the economy is a very viby and lucrative one to the youth of
South Africa. With many local academic institutions also partnering with various artists to promote
their brands- they pay generous amounts for such services. The administration and promotion of their
marketing on social media platforms also counts as a skill that one can master to put themselves out
there to the whole of South Africa and place themselves at the center of our superior South African
retail atmosphere and make an honest living from it. German companies also need local brand
ambassadors to promote their brands throughout the Republic so to thoroughly understand their
company history and futuristic vision and plans for their domestic operations can add to the country’s
GDP by virtue of them having to make their payments for a service to a South African…adding to the
total funds payable by a South African to the receiver of revenue. This is a very open stream to our
local economy because South African Youth have been picked out to represent brand from the various
online marketing platforms that the international companies have been conducting to shape their
operations to our Superior Economy all because through the various technological developments that
have left us at the forefront of innovation in the whole of Africa.
9. A.I.M Communications, Media &
Relations
• A.I.M is the 9th enterprise in the indigenous empire. Named after an
abbreviation of the word “Aim”, A.I.M is all about the marketing side to
the group.
• A.I.M basically stands for “All In Marketing” , meaning that all related
marketing services are handled by this enterprise for the group. It is the
Enterprise that felt the need to come up with this dope concept for both
South Point because of a strong need to give back and genuinely give
thanks and keep the most influential house in Braamfontein and help
maintain its relevance in today’s property business' radical atmosphere
which revolutionize the economy…
Lessons from Nolu and Phenyo!
10. Legacy Ark-iTexture
10. Legacy Ark-iTexture
This is the one compartment of our South African economy that offers the most opportunities of employment. Legacy Ark-iTexture is the civil, construction and industrial
property development compartment. With the greatest Legacy of all times left behind by the initiators of the industrial revolution who have constructed buildings that became
world class cities and towns and were used for many uses ranging from offices to hospitals and schools. This is where most of the work is located. Plumbers, Electricians,
Bricklayers are some of the skills and services that are required to restore and renovate the majority of the idling structures that have now been occupied by foreign nationals.
Structures that can be used for the production of goods and provision of services that will surely add to the GDP of this marvelous country of ours. Legacy Ark-iTexture offers
a wider and broader scale of skills utilization of the nation’s citizens. Towns like Benoni, Boksburg and Brakpan have a sterling history of being up-market establishments
who were able to accommodate the global elite citizens whilst they were under the management of the Germans. South Point Management Services is the one such
pioneering organization who started the 4th industrial revolution to convert such buildings in the major cities of Mzansi and converting them into major economic zones all
across South Africa and has, until date, managed to restore and revitalize the conditions of such buildings enabling foreign investors to come back and plant some more
capital in their operations because of the organization’s dedication to perfection standards. This economic compartment leg has many positive implications to the
government’s plans to advance the human settlements office because, through the urbanization and industrialization of these structures, the department’s goals to house the
citizens of the republic are met whilst also limiting government’s own expenditure not to mention the various families who were able to profit from this billion dollar
movement at the expense of the Germans because this part of the economy is outsourced to local suppliers and their respective labour force, allowing the citizens of the
Republic to live comfortable lives economically. Legacy Ark-iTexture is the reason why Indigenous Urban was created because if these structures are restored, then it is
inevitable that the makers of these structures will come back and bless the nation with more capital and their latest technological innovations that will put us ahead in the
whole of Africa as an 3rd world investors playground making us more appealing and lucrative to foreign investment that will surely put the nation’s efforts to achieve
economic freedom without even having to fight for it. Best of all, whatever is obsolete and technologically irrelevant to the makers of the 3rd world city will be given back to
those who are loyal to movement. Meaning more to the people. This truly is the flagship of the South African as this is the one of the few economic compartments that is
relevant across the whole country. Be it in the many townships, suburbia areas and rural areas, Legacy Arki-iTexture is able to convert what many call Land into industrial
economic zones that not only offer industrial activities to the rural but also residential to the urban. This compartment is the greatest Legacy by the Gods and understanding
the flow of this economic wave is all thanks to South Point Management Services. Tribute to Johan Wheeler and Ndumiso Davidson.
10. Legacy Ark-iTexture
• Named after the concept of what is left to save the future generation, Legacy seeks to leave
a solid Legacy in for the neighborhood in the Form of refined and well managed buildings.
This enterprise ensures that wealth trees are planted and maintained for the next
generation and is the most important flagship of the dynasty! This is the Neighborhood's
Ark for its residents.
• This is the Flagship of the neighborhood and every other enterprise is a by product of this
enterprises influential demand - Property!
• Through a combination of industrial scrap metal, current refurb supplies and basic property
engineering, technological advancements and wood-works, Legacy has built modern villages
for our foreign nationals seeking to reside in South Africa for commercial purposes while
eradicating poverty, bettering lives through affordable housing programmers, job creation
has been achieved thus creating the Legacy and improving economic activities for the
neighborhood.
Lessons from Ben, Mike and Xolani!
11.iJozi
11. iJozi
This is by far the most relevant part to our South African Economy as at 2019. With technological advancements constantly upgrading and changing the sphere of
the how things are done in modern day business environment and in high demand. The creations of digital integrated systems that allow for real-time
communication with the global business community who have the necessary capital to inject into our Superior African Economy and help aid our production
capacity thus allowing us to remain a globally competitive Economy in Africa. We are literally in the middle of the digital migration, an era of time where the
various online platforms are at the forefront of driving business operations right around the Globe. An era where funds are electronic and cars are able to
communicate with each other. It is of great importance for us to makes provision of to allow for Nelson’s Wheel to be adequately communicated to the holders of
the Capital. This Cyber-Physical world that has manifested itself right in front of our eyes is as a result of the global market forces leading to an automation of all
things requiring human intervention ion the production of goods and services. We are proud to say that we as South Africans embrace the novelty of having some
of the most tiresome and outdated production methods outsourced to German architected machines as we have made every effort to keep up with the Global
technological standards by partnering with some of the most technologically advanced and pioneers of the international tech-world. Microsoft, an American Tech
giant still remains our most trusted provider of technology products and software needed to aid us in the Global tech exodus. Bytes Systems Integration is also our
chosen provider of business administrative software and 4th industrial Revolutionary coding digitally integrated logistics services allowing our Economy to always
remain relevant in the eyes of the Global community who have all the resources we need as Africans to make it through tough economic times. We thank the above
motioned tech companies for helping us with automation of our economic production plants and helping us with the security of our Systems Infrasture. All our
mobile applications are still running on Apple servers. With our very own mobile networks being integrated to recreate a more unified Cyber-Physical sphere that
allows for us to really keep up with the Kardashians. Vodacom, CELL-C , MTN and Telkom all being channeled to fall under Multi-choice and run on a singular
fibre connection platform operating in perfect harmony with the international Google Inc. wave. The future has been define – is it not about time that you invest
your bills in our United States of South Africa (o.O)
11. iJozi
• Named after advancing the Neighborhood “i” – iJozi seeks to offer apex
information technology solutions to some of the neighborhood's day-to-
day IT problems.
• PS. It is through the expertise of this enterprise that we could put
together this sophisticated new age standard presentation
Lessons from Johan Wheeler , Shaun
Swanepoel, Juan and Lerato Lempe!!
12. Kamva
12. Kamva
This compartment of our superior economy speaks to the highest quality educational services available for sale in the Republic of South Africa.
It is held by the sterling council of the University of Johannesburg and Witwatersrand- ensuring that there is ample skills transfer by the
Institutions to the next generation of South Africans. It allows us to secure the future of the next generation of leaders. Kamva has been made
possible by the Germans and their dedication to offer perfected standards of learning in order to understand their much complex methodologies
that not only shape the economy but the essence life in all material aspects. Ranging from law to religion, history to philosophy. The books
authored by the various men and women who have shaped our perception of reality have all been apart of this compartment of Nelson’s Wheel.
We truly are blessed to have all the information necessary to prepare the next generation of South Africans to become knowledgeable about
what is required from them to succeed in manifesting their dreams.
This compartment of the economy is all about making it possible for the next generation to acquire relevant skills to part-take in our superior
and highly innovative economy at an affordable price. Education really is the best investment one can ever make. That is why we place so
much emphasis on making sure that it is of the highest standard and quality. E-Learning is made possible through an integration of
sophisticated digital systems ensuring that there is synergy between the curriculum offered and the advancements in the global economic
sphere. Our approach is one that prepares the next generation to maneuver the global cyber-physical economic sphere. The last of the twelve
major economic compartments of the South African economy as at 2019. This is the last compartment of the rotating economic cycle of South
Africa’s Keynesian Wheel…Nelson’s Wheel. Invest in your child’s education because the future has arrived!
12. Kamva
• In Xhosa, Kamva means future! Which is what this compartment of our superior
economy prepares its clientele for
• Kamva is the baby of the enterprise range. Kamva mainly focuses it’s energy at
ensuring that adequate resources are distributed to the next generation as well as
the elderly and needy. It mostly encompasses educational as well as life skills
training and recreational activities.
• If you look at WITS and UJ and all other colleges in this Neighborhood it attests to
the movement– it is our last and final gift to the next generation, the gift of
education. That is why we at Indigenous Urban believe that Nelson’s wheel has been
created in the image of the late great leader and as such will forever be the basis of
the movement as he did reconcile the nations…The Indigenous and The urban.
Lessons from Staying At South Point!... A special

Wheeler's wheel

  • 2. What is Indigenous Urban? On a global scale • It is primarily an refined Expansionary Fiscal Economic model, It defines the South African economy...Adjusting RSA for 4th industrial Revolution where all is done through Motion Economics, The South African Keynesian Wheel as at 2019. • It is based on the interweaving of the trinity pillars of South African Law i.e. Customary, Civil and Common Law thus it is named Indi (African) Genous(Civil) Urban (Common) • It is the 4th Industrial Revolution Economy that focuses on harnessing the power of South Africa’s Cyber-Physical Systems as created by the Germans that is aimed at propelling economic coverage of the South African SMME’s Sector much like Germany's economic Reliance on their “Mittelstand” sector. • It is a German Stocks Investments platform, one that is based on real-time Block-Chain algorithm properties as per ATE1A Descriptive Statistics based on the Transactional Frequency Distribution of the South African Government and Private sector Business Environment that leads to central source of recurring Economic activity of the Republic’s Economy enabling us to ascertain with much probability the Central tendency i.e the Mean, Mode and Median of the data trail measured to a probable source. It also enables the Economic model to accurately eradicate the dispersion of the data thus allowing the model to reach the Standard Deviation outcome of the data measured by the coding of a motion-based Traffic-control algorithms of the model as architected, engineered and managed by Altron-Bytes Real-Time Supreme Data Intelligence Systems, which in short, allows the model to ascertain with much accuracy the nature and classification of economic stocks being moved on South African Roads. • It is a Cyber-Physical merger of the major Economic cities of RSA (CPT, JHB, PTA and DBN ) through a well architected German engineered Technological systems thus re-creating the concept of RANDSTAD, a powerhouse economy found only in the Netherlands, to unify and amplify the Republic’s Economic hubs and repackage it as a Cyber-Physical global investment sphere in light of the 4th Industrial Revolution from which the whole Republic can benefit. On a global scale • This Fiscal Policy is based on the positivists approach, where factual knowledge was applied in architecting the properties of this economic regime. • It is a Universal Chart of Accounts of Native South African accounts for entity classification after a vigorous audit procedure based on nature of product or service all systematically organized on this innovative national stock board. • It is a collage depicting the various categories of trade offered by South African SMME’s and cascades them as such in terms of the South African Keynesian Wheel, • It also applies the Empirical approach where other facts of incorporation were acquired through academic research and actual real-time observations of economic activities of the citizens of South Africa. • It is aimed at the mitigation of the current deficit of the Republic of South Africa from the World Bank through an application of hedging principles, hedging out the adverse economic impact of the prior regime and literally stripping out the blown parts to this well architected economic engine of the Republic of South Africa under the new administration…and fitting a new one that will carry us through to the next wave. • It is aimed at diversifying economic investment platform in the Republic of South Africa • It the automation of industrial production facilities of the Republic of South Africa to yield an appreciating currency exchange rate. • RSA’s current Expansionary Fiscal Policy Stance: Budget deficit due to weaken real income as a result of money supply of the B.O.P • From Kieskamahoek in the Eastern Cape all the way through to Braamfontein in Johannesburg, German Economic principles are what is holding the production facilities of RSA afloat. • The South African Justice system is based on Roman-Dutch law and as such our justice system attest to a fixed cult that descends from German origin. (see POCRU) • IT IS THE GOLDEN AGE OF THE FIRST DUTCH-BASED SUPREME ECONOMY OPERRATING IN AFRICA, BUILT ON AMSTERDAM ECONOMIC PRINCIPLES. • INDIGENOUS-URBAN IS POWERED BY AN EXCLUSIVELY SOUTH AFRICAN CURRENCY, AS DIRECTED BY THE LATE GREAT LEADER NELSON MANDELA, THE CURRENCY THAT IS, UBUNTU!! This Economic Model has been architected, designed and developed to reverse the adverse impact of the previous regime that was based on an Expansionary Fiscal Policy and aims to redress the systematic failure of its money supply of the B.O.P deficit that developed over the years. It is an immediate appeal to the World Economic Forum ( As lead by sir Klaus Schwab) to Allow RSA to implement new flexible rates instead of fixed rates in order to allow for our German capital investments to ; 1. Remain in RSA and not be withdrawn from the country 2. • 5. What is Indigenous Urban? On a global scale Case Study Reference: Graham F. Thompson – Economic & Changing Economies (Pg. 655) Reference: Frederick C v N Fourie – How to think and reason in Macroeconomics (Pg. 122) Ronald Reagan, the late great president of the U.S.A implemented an expansionary fiscal Policy during the years 1979-1985 when the U.S.A was in a budget deficit, a position by which the country’s expenditure exceeded their relative receipts. The result was that he was successful at appreciating the exchange rate of the country’s native currency (the dollar) because of the massive capital flows that were going into the U.S.A because of the policy’s fixed lower taxation implications. Meaning that the investors found it much more lucrative to plant their capital in a state where they paid a relatively lower tax rate that was fixed (As that was the United States Monetary Policy: Fixed rates). The investors came in large numbers to invest in the U.S.A and opened firms and many more production facilities which employed more native citizens who were, by law, obligated to pay taxation to the U.S.A. That was the turning point because the country’s GDP showed growth because their aggregate demand had shifted in a positive direction due to the U.S.A’s ability to produce the supplies in demand. Germany and the Great Britain were one of the biggest players in the mass Capital injections that induced the United State’s industrial Infrastructure development which helped the United States get over their budget deficit and appreciate their currency exchange rate. Although the above case study was derived from a Global market analysis, it’s makes referencing to a similar economic situation that much relevant even though RSA in not the USA. Ours is to apply a much more flexible rates regime that will have the same impact as that of the late great president Ronald Reagan that will in turn, be susceptible to Global changes because we can never assume that in RSA, fixed interest rates will stimulate our Economy as with the U.S.A and forget the impact of quick-adjusting exchange rate has on RSA’s economy. Low capital mobility has truly proven to be our greatest asset in RSA and as such we will build from what we already have. So In Short- We are not the USA! We need quick-adjusting rates to allow for our Country to Attract Capital injections!! Consider the DSG engine on a Golf 6 and it’s ability to shift quickly.

  • 76. 10. Legacy Ark-iTexture This is the one compartment of our South African economy that offers the most opportunities of employment. Legacy Ark-iTexture is the civil, construction and industrial property development compartment. With the greatest Legacy of all times left behind by the initiators of the industrial revolution who have constructed buildings that became world class cities and towns and were used for many uses ranging from offices to hospitals and schools. This is where most of the work is located. Plumbers, Electricians, Bricklayers are some of the skills and services that are required to restore and renovate the majority of the idling structures that have now been occupied by foreign nationals. Structures that can be used for the production of goods and provision of services that will surely add to the GDP of this marvelous country of ours. Legacy Ark-iTexture offers a wider and broader scale of skills utilization of the nation’s citizens. Towns like Benoni, Boksburg and Brakpan have a sterling history of being up-market establishments who were able to accommodate the global elite citizens whilst they were under the management of the Germans. South Point Management Services is the one such pioneering organization who started the 4th industrial revolution to convert such buildings in the major cities of Mzansi and converting them into major economic zones all across South Africa and has, until date, managed to restore and revitalize the conditions of such buildings enabling foreign investors to come back and plant some more capital in their operations because of the organization’s dedication to perfection standards. This economic compartment leg has many positive implications to the government’s plans to advance the human settlements office because, through the urbanization and industrialization of these structures, the department’s goals to house the citizens of the republic are met whilst also limiting government’s own expenditure not to mention the various families who were able to profit from this billion dollar movement at the expense of the Germans because this part of the economy is outsourced to local suppliers and their respective labour force, allowing the citizens of the Republic to live comfortable lives economically. Legacy Ark-iTexture is the reason why Indigenous Urban was created because if these structures are restored, then it is inevitable that the makers of these structures will come back and bless the nation with more capital and their latest technological innovations that will put us ahead in the whole of Africa as an 3rd world investors playground making us more appealing and lucrative to foreign investment that will surely put the nation’s efforts to achieve economic freedom without even having to fight for it. Best of all, whatever is obsolete and technologically irrelevant to the makers of the 3rd world city will be given back to those who are loyal to movement. Meaning more to the people. This truly is the flagship of the South African as this is the one of the few economic compartments that is relevant across the whole country. Be it in the many townships, suburbia areas and rural areas, Legacy Arki-iTexture is able to convert what many call Land into industrial economic zones that not only offer industrial activities to the rural but also residential to the urban. This compartment is the greatest Legacy by the Gods and understanding the flow of this economic wave is all thanks to South Point Management Services. Tribute to Johan Wheeler and Ndumiso Davidson.
