2. Guess what! We’re back in Silver Bend! This
time with the Phoenix Family. Charmeleon
married Jimmy Phoenix and they have a son
named, Ryan. Who is moving to college at
the end of the rotation.
3. Ryan is the main cook in the household.
Jimmy was a professional chef, but knew
his son liked contributing. And he was a
fantastic cook.
4. Ryan set off for his last week of school. It
was going to be hard to say goodbye to all
his friends.
5. Jimmy and Mel headed up work at Mel’s
Art for a few hours.
7. Even shy Griff Bigfoot came by to check it
out.
“I think Jessica would like the dog one.” He
mused, “But what to get for Firekeeper?”
8. “Do you guys have any cat paintings?” Ani-
Mei wanted to know.
9. Back home, Ryan’s teacher weren’t cutting
him any breaks. He was loaded down with
homework.
10. His mom’s easel was empty for a change.
So he decided to try his hand at painting.
11. “Do I ever tell you how hot you look with
that haircut?” Jimmy said teasingly.
“Yes, but say it again.” Mel laughed.
“Get a room.” Ryan said shaking his head.
12. While they did eventually make it into
their room. They also decided it was time
to use their allotted elixir. Ryan was a
family sim, they wanted to spend as much
time with their future grandkids as
possible.
13. Ryan brought Tiramisu Sugar home from
school. They didn’t have homework. So
Ryan showed Tiramisu the pinball machine
in his room.
14. Despite the arcade machines. The boys
played a good game of kicky bag instead.
15. Dinner was leftover pop tarts. If Tiramisu
thought it was weird, he didn’t say
anything.
16. Jimmy stayed up late trying to be his son’s
high scores. How did Ryan have the time
to beat their entire game collection?
17. Mel once again went up to her store. She
did a little early reno day landscaping.
“Looks good, Mel.” Keika waved as she
walked past.
“Thanks.”
18. Mel worked sales, while Jimmy worked the
counter.
“We just got in some new cat paintings.”
She said with a smile.
“I do like cats.” Armando mused.
19. They quickly sold out of paintings.
Abhijeet bought the last one for the day.
20. Mel had to hurry off to work. Jimmy
decided their home also needed an early
facelift. He rolled up his sleeves and got to
work.
21. “The house looks awesome Dad. Mom’s
going to be so surprised.” Ryan grinned.
“I hope she likes it. She’s the artist of the
family.”
“She will.” Ryan nodded.
22. “This isn’t my house.” Mel said when the
carpool dropped her off. But sure enough
her sister’s house was across the street.
23. “The house looks amazing Jimmy.”
“Though you might like that.” He grinned.
24. Jimmy had one more surprise in mind. He
headed up to a particular café after Mel
had to go to work. This café didn’t serve
food.
25. He bought a pretty little orange tabby he
named, Clementine.
27. Ryan’s teacher was still laying on the
homework thick. He struggled through it.
She said she was preparing him for
college, but he thinks she just likes
torturing people.
28. “Aww, kitty.” Mel snuggled Clementine
close. She was so soft and warm.
29. Since, his homework took most of his
evening, he had to keep dinner simple
mac and cheese.
30. Mel went to work. She hoped she would
get that final promotion she needed to
game designer.
31. “Congratulations Mel you do it!” Her
mother came home with her to celebrate.
“Thanks Mom.” Mel grinned.
32. Jimmy also came home with a promotion
too. He brought Thai Colours home with
him.
34. Jimmy and Mel weren’t hungry, but they sat
down at the table to socialize. All in all it
was a very pleasant evening.
35. Reno Day was finally here. The real one.
Jimmy and Mel decide to focus on the hall
bathroom and the living room. However,
they forgot to take pictures of the
livingroom.
36. Mel picked out the design. She might
tweak it a bit later, but it was good for
now.
37. Jimmy finally took a turn making breakfast.
He whipped up fluffy buttermilk pancakes.

52. It’s always nice to have the Phoenix house
nestled between the Elm-Long and the
Notts. It gives me a nice bit of breathing
room between big families. Though Jimmy
and Mel spent half their time trying to have
another baby. And me trying to avoid it.
One is enough for them. Hopefully they’ll
settle down once Ryan starts giving them
grandchildren.
