Field Operations designed the master plan for Fresh Kills Park in Staten Island, New York from 2003 to present. The 2,200 acre park will transform a closed landfill site nearly three times the size of Central Park into a major new park for New York City over the next 30 years, incorporating over 1,000 acres of former landfill and 450 acres of wetlands with views of Manhattan.
