The National Productivity Council (NPC) is a national organization established in 1958 by the Government of India to promote productivity in the country. It has over 250 professionals and 16 branches nationwide. NPC provides services like consultancy, training, research, and international cooperation to increase productivity across industries. Its mission is to develop and apply knowledge of productivity techniques to strengthen India's economy and improve working conditions.

Culture in India.
 Established in 1958 as Registered Society, by Govt. of
India.
 It is an Autonomous, Tri-partite, Non-profit Organization
under Ministry of Commerce and Industry.

 It represents the Govt. of India in Tokyo based Asian
Productivity Organization, an Inter Governmental Body.

Professional management Groups (RPMG) 1 National
training Institute and 1 distance education center for
Supervisory development
